i get tilted a lot, usually it helps if i scream and take out my anger by punching my table. i know its not efficient but it makes me more calm after and focused

Mute everyone, play some matches, try to focus on the game. After that, unmute your team, but unbind your mic. Try to focus on the game with the plus of the communication from your team, try to help them and play with them. After that, play normally, try to communicate only the things you see, nothing more, just easy calls. After that, try to communicate more, if you fail, repeat from the beginning until you stop tilting.
You need to tell yourself something like "men))) im tilted" and then find reason why you lost that duel, (bad positioning, too agressive push or idk). try to figure out best way to counter opponent's playstyle, always try different things. It should help men)))
the problem goes deeper imo. you have anger issues probably, it's nothing uncommon actually, fucking society is sick as fuck, which makes it even sicker and so on. I use to tilt sometimes way too easy as well because of it. you cannot fix this problem in csgo, it's you, not the game that is the cause. if you want to handle it better, you need to work on yourself and find the solution in a method to release stress and handle stress situations better. this only works if you train it, it ain't just a switch you can toggle I'm afraid.
First step is to observe yourself and realize that you are angry about something. then you should analyse the reason and ask yourself, if it's appropriate to tilt because of it - like putting energy into it - or force yourself to stop and not to proceed! is it really reasonable? no? then fuck it, and focus!
after you realized you are about to tilt, remind yourself that it will harm your performance. take a deep breath and try to shake away your thoughts, like try to erase your mindset, next round, next idea. how we can win (the next round)? How can I get that motherfucker to stop baiting? mute the one bitching idiot if he is annoying you. focus on your own performance. reset your fucking mindset! if you can't do it with your mind while gaming, use a card or a paper next to your monitor where you can look at it when it happens. there are other "tokens" you can use as a stress relief as well, an image or a toy. you can use or look at them in situation to calm down. it can work, but it mustn't. hope it helps, you can try it out if you want...

Sometimes if i die early in the round, i take my headset off, and kinda resets. Then i either watch some tv or look at my phone until the round is over. Gets your mind off the game, for a bit.

my suggestions would be: think critically.
always ask yourself who, what, where, when, how, and most importantly WHY. WHY am i mad? WHY did teammate do what he did? WHY do i get mad at him? HOW does it help getting mad? .. etc.
Just accept what you can't change. You lost the round, you whiffed, your teammate sucks, whatever. Don't care about it if you can't affect it to win the match. Constantly problem solve. How can I win the next round? Keep focus on that, it will help you forget the annoying things.
Just don't give a fuck is the easiest.
If you get triggered from missing shots just try and think of a goal that next time you will get it. Idk, works for me in silver. Also helps to mute team mates when they are being stupid.
