But.. I can explain something that helped me. Is doing Yoga, it helps a lot more than i would ever thought. Mentally and physically as well. But mentally a lot.
Although Yoga is not "seen" as men should do it, as it's not a "manly" thing to do, and it's kinda of this "stigma" there is around it. But thats the thing.. getting out of ur "comfort zone" and trying something different, and u might find that little thing that pumps u up again.

Having anxiety can make you feel extremely tired, especially if it leads to emotional stress. This will drain your brain of energy as you never really rest. Your brain will continue to work when you sleep and you wake up feeling like you didn't sleep. Doing stuff that work against stress like meditating, yoga and exercising can help a lot.
