2019-04-24 20:01
Yes i started working only a couple months after my 16th birthday.
2019-04-24 23:09
no im literally asking what you did cuz idk where to apply n shit all the local things have no open positions available (it's a very large suburb with not that many commercial areas)
2019-04-24 23:14
Have you tried praying for guidance??
2019-04-25 13:16
At 16, its not worth to work lmao. Yeah instead of studying i will have a job that earns me shit. Lmao get some brain
2019-04-24 20:30

2019-04-24 23:09

I am a city center manager in France. I help shop owners and cities to organize and develop their activities in the citycenter. I make 1500 € / month (after i paid my taxes).

Is that like a full time job? Isnt it kinda low end? How do you live? Howmuch is rent in France?

France DirtyPerez
Yes it is a full time job but life in France is less expensive than nordic countries. My rent is 330€ / month. It is a junior job (my first real job in fact) so it is why it is not paid that much. But i spend around 400€ all included for my appartment , around 200€, for food, 200€ for gas (in my car), 40 € for internet + mobile phone. So i still have quite much to have fun and keep some money for later.
2019-04-24 14:11
I see well thats nice then 2300 here after taxes, 900 rent (split with this one girl) 650€ for car lease (soon to be changed cuz it kinda fucks me)
2019-04-24 14:16

 |
France DirtyPerez
Ok ok so it is quite similar at the end
2019-04-24 14:17
Wtf men 650€ car lease with 2300€/month salary, do you pay it alone or with someone?
2019-04-24 16:47
I'm curious, how big apartment do you get for a 300 / month rent? It would be nearly impossible in Denmark to find an apartment for that rent, and i think Denmark is one of the "cheapest" nordic countries.
2019-04-24 14:21
Here you can literally get like one room for 300/month
2019-04-24 14:24
Yeah, a room in a shared apartment, right? I just checked for the cheapest 1 room apartmens in Denmark, the cheapest i could find was about 600$, and that is outside of the big cities.
2019-04-24 14:28
My cousin lived in the smallest fucking apartment ever (his mom owned it) it was literally just one room and a tiny tiny bathroom with a toilet, kitchen and bed was in that room and rent was 350€, alltho there are some decent apartments for like 500/month if you search hard enough
2019-04-24 14:33
That's true i guess.
2019-04-24 14:44
In Brøndby theres "plenty" of 1½ room Apartments in the price range of 1800-3100 dkk (250-450 euro) @ month. I had a 2room apartment with 58m2 i paid 3100 dkk for that (around 400 euro) And 20min travel and i stand on Rådhuspladsen (Centrum of CPH)
2019-04-24 15:00
That's damn cheap. Is that in the Brøndby ghettos :D? But, yea, you're right, i just googled a little deeper and found about 5 small apartmens in the price of 400$-600$.
2019-04-24 15:05
Bo-vest / Bo-Vita i think their name is. Be prepared for loooooong ass waiting list unless you are already living in Brøndby :P
2019-04-24 15:11
Don't wanna live in Brøndby (:D) I live in Jutland, so i really don't know that much about Brøndby, but they don't have the best reputation :D

2019-04-24 15:14
Brøndby is a nice place to live, alot of friendly people, haven't really had any problems here since i was young and "troublemaker" The only bad reputation we have is our Football hooligans and Brøndby Strand which used to be pretty rough place. Nowadays its pretty peaceful. Most violent things that happend here are some local brawl between 2 groups (drugs) or when Hooligans goes to football game against FCK. Hooligans fight other hooligans, not families or people who dont participate in that stuff. The chance of you getting stabbed/robbed/whatever you're afraid of for no reason is low. very low. Its bad business to rob and attack random people, the cops will just patrol the area 24/7 = no dope sale. And they are not interrested in that :D Edit: Holy shit i made a book page =D

It is a very very small "house" it is around 35 m². One bathroom, one toilet room (separated from the bathroom), one room for kitchen/living room and one bedroom.

Denmark is definitely not the cheapest nordic country if you cant even pay rent with $1500 ns

Oh Paris is very different from France. Let say for a 30m² flat : Paris : 1000 € Big cities : 600 - 700 € Smaller towns : 400€ County side (more like 50 - 70 m²) : 350 -400 €
2019-04-24 15:15
in Paris it's even more than 1000e for 30m²

2019-04-24 14:49
Something about they tax the companies in some kind of speciel way instead of the ppl. Not sure about the details. It have been that way since about 2012. The gambling licens in Denmark is also very expensive, i believe. I've heard that the poker tax is extremly high in the Netherlands - is that true?
2019-04-24 14:54
Yeah, like about all of our taxes but in case of poker it's like this I believe: Let's say you win €10k in January and you make a loss of €6k in February. In this period you owe the government €3.010 (taxes are set at 30,1% over your winnings). But your net winnings are €4k, so basically you pay 75% in taxes. Government doesn't look at your losses, only takes your winnings into consideration.
2019-04-24 15:05
That's fking sick!! Yea, our taxes are also very high in basicly everything.. except poker :D No wonder that alot of the pros from the Netherlands are moving to another country.

2019-04-24 15:20
Including everything (e.g. internet, power, gas,...) related to the flat i pay about 900€/month. I live in Oberhausen which is a smaller city in the Ruhrarea. Not a favored region at all. ¯\_(°)_/¯

Its really fun. Basically I take brands that are just starting out and help them create a visual identity for their company. Its awesome helping people develop their dream businesses. Super rewarding.

what can you do with 100 liras in turkey? is it enough?
2019-04-24 20:34
It is, I use at least 8.5 TL(6 for food, 2.5 for bus) every day. 8.5x7=59,5 And I spend the rest to school documents, snacks(mtn dew&doritos) and LAN center.

My first job was in a private beach, renting mattresses etc... I don't remember exactly, something like 1500 including tips for a full time (35h/week). Then state employee student for 2100e/month Then adviser for economical ministry for 7k/month. Then board member (not exactly that but to explain) for the state in compagnies France invested in for 14k/month Today I live on managing my assets, so nothing stable and most of my gains not in direct money. I wouldn't call it a job. EDIT : last year I earned 810k according to tax administration.

Michigan ain't cheap, just living w/ my parents and banking money before I go to school, I do not do debt, I've seen too many family members have their lives destroyed by debt. So saving money and going to a community college is the only option for me.

I make ~usd 140k/year (10k/month + bonuses), or ~96k/year after taxes. I am currently living in central Florida, things here are really cheap in comparison with places such as ny or la. My company just started operations in Brazil and I got an offer for relocating back home with a big payment increase. I am still considering it, but if I accept I would be making ~200k/year.
