Feminism

It used to be important when women didn't have same opportunities as men, but nowadays, bar Africa/Middle-East (Muslim countries surprisingly), it isn't really required, and most feminists are just fucking morons.

true feminism is not a bad thing but todays radical feminists are cancer

There are still prejudices :) i dont say they dont have equal oppurtunity, but the way they would be treated by for example other managers would be off. There is no equality yet, because for example If you have 10 managers and only two are women, then these two will be handled differently than If they would be male.

Why does equality mean that everything should be 50/50? The fact is that women can become managers too, which means that feminism has basically achieved its original goal. In the future there will be more women at leading positions, not that the gender of them should really matter.

No It shouldnt be 50/50 that's not what I Said, it is the way we are treating each other. There shouldnt be a differnce in how we handle the people we Work with No Matter If it is 60/40, 50/50 or 40/60. That's what equality is. Everyone can do what they want and there is No difference in working with Male or female. And that's Not Happening right now because of Traditional Point of View on the relation between Male and female

That's where we disagree on. Sure, there is a very small minority that still cares about gender when working with someone or thinking of hiring someone, but as a general rule men and women have equal opportunities while looking for jobs etc. There is nothing you can do about a small minority that still thinks backwards about issues like this. If there is a disbalance, one could also argue that because of supposed inequalities, people are hiring women over men based on gender, thus removing equal opportunity and giving women the edge. As a general rule though, men and women have equal opportunities at work, and thus feminism is basically useless in todays western world.

I agree with you about 70% on this, but that's because you're looking at it from a perspective of "they're already equal." They're not. Just from a monetary standpoint, women *have* to spend more of their paychecks on personal products (tampons, bras, make-up etc.) Whether you agree or disagree with abortion, you have to acknowledge that women don't have body autonomy rights equal to men.

So what should be done about things that are literally their choices? Women should earn more because they want to spend more money?

You can make that argument for make-up or even bras, but period products are not a question. And in countries where you would sometimes have to pay out-of-pocket for healthcare (like the US) it is certainly more monetarily impactful on women (gynaecology)

I've not said anything about "they should earn more". That's you. I'm for the idea of socialising such things.

What do you mean, the way they would be treated by other managers? I've only ever had female managers.
