Any gym tips for a dude with paralysis in left arm? (Erb's palsy, for those who are interested)
Well abs and legs shouldn't be a big problem. And you can isolate muscles aswell.
Do you recommend me to do any upperbody exercises? Or would i just look silly if one hand is alot smaller?
I don't know to be honest. But shouldn't be a reason to not go to the gym. I mean a pretty good looking body is still achievable besides that it's the best you can do for your body (healthywise)
