is it normal that when i lay my head on the bed at night to sleep, all i can think about is what is going to happen after i die ? it isn't even what is going to happen, is that it's Inevitable.

becoming christian makes no sense
there is like 2 billion christians in the world and 7.6 bill ppl
so it means that 6/8 ppl of this world will "go to hell" in the case if christian's god exist?
there is a lot of religions, why would any of these be real?
like people make fun of ancient people that believed in their gods and then they do the same thing right now
im talking about a real god who isnt related to any religion that might exist

Just enjoy, the probability of you being alive is almost none.
Yes you will die, but there's nothing you can do about it, unless YOU wanna/can do something about it and you are smart enough to find eternal life.
Just to think there are people that waste their life killing themselves for some fake prophecy.

Thinking about death is the wrong way to go about it because it's the way you live your life while you are here that matters.
If you live your life to the fullest, in the end you will have no regrets and no fear. I've seen many cases with elderly people who are "ready" to pass on and actually welcomes it.
Don't worry about what is after - you already know - the exact same thing as before you were born.
Your brain can't fathom nothing, that's why people invent religion to comfort themselves. It's pointless and will only waste your time while you are here.
Just know this. Every human, living thing and everything else is made from the elements of the universe. When stars die they explode and actually create these elements. So in a sense we are made of stardust :) When you die you will become part of the earth and the universe and in time something new.
Don't worry about it - enjoy your life which you are infinitely lucky to have! :)

it wont be unending darkness though. you wont be alive to experience anything when youre dead. you wont be able to feel afraid. so you dont have to worry about it.

yea and theres plenty of others who said other stuff. NDE's exist in all forms from meeting relatives in heaven to being in "hell". neuroscientists say that its all hallucination created by the brain in fear of death but it has been proven several times that people had unhuman experiences while being dead. many cases can describe every single thing that happened in their room after they "died". they saw themselves outside of their body and could watch and hear everything happening.

It is normal but it is bad. You should go to a therapist or have a long conversation with someone close to you. Imo its just lights out, thats it. But I don't fear it. Imo time is something you should fear much more. Doesn't stop, doesn't slow down just keeps going and doesn't wait for anyone or anything.
I have also read stories of what people who clinically died, experienced. They all said that they felt fully relieved, not stressed, it was very calm and didn't feel anything. No pain, nothing. They usually said that it was scary but peaceful.

Not an acid mate, just watched Interstellar, and have read a bit about the adventures of a hypothetical 2D creature in 3D space. Like, imagine a completely flattened cockroach, but alive. He can't comprehend height, so If you'd pick him up, and place him at different heights, he'd feel as if the world around him changed due to some other factor that can't be seen in his 2D space.
Same in our case, except we live in 3D space, and can't comprehend the 4th Dimension.
On a side Note, I'm having Buttermilk. You can get a pack in stores, it's pretty delicious.

Eternal Darkness doesn't mean nothingness. Darkness is just absence of light. People can't grasp the thought of nothingness. Thats why not believe in any creator is scary. There is a quote about fear of death by Epicurus I really like:
Why should I fear death?
If I am, then death is not.
If Death is, then I am not.
Most people who said that their close elder relatives, that passed away, said that they await their last breath, and say that they're happy with what they have accomplished, even though they know deep in their heart, that it's most probably not enough by any stretch of the imagination.
If you're confused about your morality or something, consider watching Mind Field S3's Episode : Should I die? It might open up something for you. Also, maybe speak to someone who have had a dear loved one pass away due to old age, and ask them about said person's last words.

some more intense than others, i know how it feels to think about the inevitability of death and the uncertainty of what comes after
but you have to learn how its not gonna affect your daily life, took a long time for me too
you have to try to life in the moment and not care too much about it, its inevitable afterall, just let it come at you, worrying wont make a difference
its jsut a phase, when u grow up u wont have time to think about it (maybe once a year)
