If you work only on abs sure.. I just started going to the gym and i'm doing full body so i have only 2 abs exercises

I wouldn't spend the time specifically training abs as a full routine, abs are postural and your main compound movements, bench press, deadlifts, squats etc all work your anterior core. I usually treat my anterior core just like my biceps and triceps training, I add a couple of exercises each into my routine but don't specifically work on them. Spending more time on compound movements has been much more beneficial to me.
Plus, core exercises won't burn your belly fat any more than doing any other form of exercise, your belly fat will generally start to come off last.
Sick abs doesn't sounds too good, you should go consult an expert as soon as possible!

Everyone has abs. Many people with non-showing abs have way stronger abs than those who show their abs
A good amount of fat is healthy, especially if you built a lot of muscle. You wont last two days in nature if you have strong muscles but lack fat, simple as that.
