Potti > f0rest ? Nope. But Potti is up there in the top10 as well. He was active for too short of a time to be considered that high, and f0rest was simply an overall better player on most parameters.
Same with markeloff, he was above the rest when Na'Vi was dominating, yes, but not only was it in such a short time, it was also when Counter-Strike was slowly dying, both with the amount of tournaments and amount of players.

However, I'd personally put either cArn of ave as the number 3 as I rate them as the best IGLs to have ever touched the game, while also being incredibly successful and great allrounders. I think they deserve it ahead of players like walle, TaZ or zonic.
There's also the type of top3 that could be made by personal skill alone, while disregarding success, but that would be too superficial. It would include players like markeloff, zet, solo, n0thing and trace.
