yeah right. how come i've played with tens of cheats (and also developed some myself) that randomize the position where the aimlock locks? otherwise it would be obvious and detectable by any kind of machine learning algorithm etc. also most cheats (used in that level) are basically just aim assist and not hard locks so his own mouse movement would throw it off
if he is cheating, do you think he is using some shit free public cheat?
judging by how he acted afterwards and the fact that he has been caught cheating before, i'd say that's a good 90% chance he is cheating. i don't expect any action from admins though
normal aimlock wouldn't lock through that many walls but using some tricks that's perfectly doable (or at least it was when i last checked)
