He is ethnic Serbian like his brother NiKo, they are from Republika Srpska (Serbian entity which consists 49% of Bosnia and has 1 million Serbs in it), he has both citizenships and he changed it to Serbian flag cause of WESG rule of 5 player from same country, so he could play the tournament with Valiance.

it's not like WESG organizers go to HLTV to check for nationality LOL. He played in WESG for a serbian team (showed them the passport) and therefore HLTV changed his flag. Same thing happened with gob b when he played the TWC World Cup for Germany iirc (before he had a turkish flag).

Yes that's exactly what i meant he showed Serbian passport for WESG and therefore HLTV changed his flag to Serbian, there are more examples besides gob b like wayLander.

First of all he is not from republic of srpska, he is from “neutral” zone or district “Brčko” which is 50/50 when it comes to religion (half Muslim half orthodox) he clearly consider himself as Serb who is living in Bosnia but that’s almost actually same shit, he is litterally same like Bosnians (muslims) and Croats (Christians) from Bosnia and Herzegovina, most of Bosnian serbs/Croats have same accent like Bosnians so doesn’t matter if you consider him as Serb or Bosnian, he changed bcs he wanted to play with his Serbian teammates at WESG which is national event

You could say that Croats, Bosniaks and Serbs are same people too overall, not just those who live in Bosnia. Anyways Bosnian and Herzegovian are just regional terms for people, You are either a Serb, Croat or Bosniak there. The country is an artificial mess where Bosniaks are trying to centralize their country around them ignoring majority of population. All of this slippery slope of claiming someone is Bosnian Orthodox or Bosnian Catholic is goddamn bullshit and you know it, in sports 99% of Serbs and Croats from Bosnia always choose to play for their ethnic country, if you called a Serb or Croat a Bosnian with more meaning than just a regional term, you'd get beaten up.

Yugoslavia 0% real country. Bosnia is kinda like yugoslavia though. Trying to put croats serbs and muslims in one border.
