There isn't any direct or fast way to do it (beyond surgery), it just takes longer that everything else. But when you get to the weight you should be in, you body will already feel a lot better and doing more exercise to get in shape will be easier.
Don't try push it or force it in any way, like doing fasting for example that could be quite dangerous to someone as tall and heavy as you (bad idea also if there's a chance to be one of those guys with extra skin for losing weight too fast). You wont see the difference everyday cause you get used to the new look, but just trust the scales :) Dont compare yourself today with yourself yesterday, there wont be daily changes.
