Is there any specific way to get rid of the belly? I mean I'm losing weight in general (but I can't really notice it) and I wouldn't say I lost weight just by looking at myself but bathroom scales say otherwise. So what I'm saying is that weight is dwindling but I don't really see a difference in my appearance I was almost 160kg at the beginning of my run (6 months ago). Right now my weight is 125kg (which is still high, I realize) but I'm craving to reduce it I want to lose weight particularly in the area around of my stomach and additionally face as well

Run, eat vegetables, walk instead of drive. After week buy yourself a gift - not as cheap as everyday, good, healthy meal. If you feel hungry, drink light, cold coffee and eat a little of dark chocolade. Not everyday, but when you feel low. Don't watch youtube or netflix during meal - focus on it, smell it, eat slowly, prepare it yourself. Smell ingredients, taste them.

It's not about what you like to eat, it's about what you need to it to lose belly fat. I love doritos, deep fried food and beer, but what I eat is spinach, beetroot and carrot. Fruits are good but the true hero in losing fat and getting muscles are vegetables. That's why I mix them together - to get fruit taste and vegetable microelements. Oranges are amazing when it comes to smoothie, because they kill almost every other taste, raw spinach has almost no taste at all, so mix them together with for example carrot (sweetness) and parsley (freshness) to get yourself a nice juice.

Exercise + ketogenic diet , eat till you are full, but make sure its leafy greens and vegetables , make soups, stews and get used to suffer during the fasting+exercise, unfortunatly there is no other good way. but it wont take too long if you start now and keep above average discipline

There isn't any direct or fast way to do it (beyond surgery), it just takes longer that everything else. But when you get to the weight you should be in, you body will already feel a lot better and doing more exercise to get in shape will be easier. Don't try push it or force it in any way, like doing fasting for example that could be quite dangerous to someone as tall and heavy as you (bad idea also if there's a chance to be one of those guys with extra skin for losing weight too fast). At the beggining it's always easy to see a lot of progress and lose weight, but it's really important how you handle yourself when you're close to the goal. That's when a lot of people fail and get desperate for results, to end up bouncing back to where they started. You're doing a great job, just keep going and eventually you will get where you want to be on a healthy way.

You wont see the difference everyday cause you get used to the new look, but just trust the scales :) Dont compare yourself today with yourself yesterday, there wont be daily changes. Just stay positive and keep on going. Also, think not only about the weight, but also about physical stuff. Like keep counting the max push ups you can do or whatever and you will realize that you are improving.

Most of the answers here are wrong. Even if you lose weight (which you are doing at a pretty good rate), the visual difference will come later because your body needs time to readjust. Your fat might disappear underneath but your skin will remain stretched until enough collagen is produced by your body to make it tight again.

Hitting the threadmill is the most important part if you wanna loose weight ( or going jogging). Additionally i would recommend a full body workout for muscles. Coz u dont wanna loose all that weight and get anorexia, u wanna be healthy. Six Pack Workouts are very good to make your belly look in shape.
