At my peak I benched 180kg in sets, 260 in squats and 320 in dl.
Nice men. I've been working out for three years this fall but it's been very on and off and with bad diet and i think bad discipline in general. This spring I've started to focus more and it shows i bit tbh. I'm still weak tho and I can't deadlift or squat due to lower back pain (from previous deadlift with too much weight and too bad form) but I'm working on it.
