I dunno I'm not a fan of huge weights in fitness. You don't hate the fear that sometimes your body says : "no, not today" and you get injuried pretty strong?....

The thing is that you learn your body in the process , and you control your body and not the otherway around
2019-06-23 11:17
Deadlifting only 170kg with a 120kg bench is actually pretty weak
2019-06-23 10:59
I think i could hit 180 tops, 170 wasnt that hard tbh

How long do you train?
2019-06-23 11:03
3 years now with lots of fucking around, you could hit these numbers faster if you had an proper pwoerlifting coach, i'd say its reachable in a year
2019-06-23 11:05
> squat 150kg / deadlift 170 kg / bench 120kg Is this 1 rep or your current working weights?

How the fuck did you squat 260, and then only DL 320 :-D
2019-06-23 15:14
had better PRs but this is just in reps and in squats I usually go low reps many sets and DL its more even a bit more reps and bit lower kg did 460 in dl but it don't feel as good my man
2019-06-26 15:07
Nice men. I've been working out for three years this fall but it's been very on and off and with bad diet and i think bad discipline in general. This spring I've started to focus more and it shows i bit tbh. I'm still weak tho and I can't deadlift or squat due to lower back pain (from previous deadlift with too much weight and too bad form) but I'm working on it.
