for the future u will have to get used to that and u will get used to that, for me 10 years ago 30 degree felt like dying nowadays 30 degree feels refreshing compared to the 40-45 we had last august.

because last 15-20 years we had rly unreliable weather in EU, with rain, low temperature and stuff, so now that degrees get high again, and even get higher than it used to be and it is continueing over days and days, some ppl may not be prepared with water and stuff so we use this word to make ppl aware that it is actually dangerous and that u have to take care of urself. not to mention that in like 2004 or something like 4k ppl died from heat in Spain.
