If you bust your ass hard, yes.
2019-06-29 13:19
if you don't eat anything, possible
2019-06-29 13:21
Its possible if youre overweight but surely its not the healthiest thing.
Try to consistently lose 1kg a week and youll get there.
2019-06-29 13:22
Hard cardio sessions+eating clean and you can get it done
2019-06-29 13:23
It is possible but you are gonna hate your live
2019-06-29 13:24
it is possible to lose that in a few minutes
- amputate your leg -
2019-06-29 13:28
Its possible, if u are really fat. just eat apple or 2 every two hours and 1-2 warm meals per day. Get job which is physical. Or just exercise 3 times a week about 1.5 hours per exercise.
2019-06-29 13:34
depends on current size, really fat people can drop many kilos first 1-2 weeks but this shouldn't really be considered "real" weight loss. consistently there is no way to do that pace in a healthy way
2019-06-29 13:36
Its possible if u just commit to it.
2019-06-29 13:36
ofc it's possible on high fat diet. you don't need even any exercise
2019-06-29 13:39
not if your weight is 19kg
2019-06-29 14:06
I began my diet in March from 92kg to 70.5 kg today morning. So in 3 months its definitely possible.
No fast food, no sweets, no coke etc. and sport (i prefer jogging). Also just 3 meals a day.
2019-06-29 14:10
My body was 50% Doritos&Mtn Dew for last 12 months and I'm still 60kg
Ez challenge
2019-06-29 14:11
Possible but unhealthy with very likely yo-yo effect afterward.
2019-06-29 14:15
ur gonna have to literally kill yourself to lose that much in that time
2019-06-29 14:15
I lost 5kg by being sick for 2 weeks and not eating. So try that
2019-06-29 14:16
Sibutramine, do it. Lost 40kg in three months (from 120kg to 80kg, I am 191cm). Best decision in my whole life. Unhealthy? Maybe, but being fat is even worse, especially on a psychological side. If you are like me back then, someone struggling with diets and exercising, it will do magic.
2019-06-29 14:21
go to the doctor and get a script for pharmaceutical speed
you will drop weight like there's no tomorrow
2019-06-29 14:29
some streamer in PL called "Medusa" droped 20 kg in 2 months to fight in Fame Mma. Diet, training and good coach.
2019-06-29 14:33
just start lifting weights and eating healthy. You will see results in no time
2019-06-29 14:33
Yes, watch "Fat, sick and nearly dead" and research "raw vegan diet".
2019-06-29 14:36
exercise, work out, do runs and eat healthy.
2019-06-29 14:36
not eating is never right answer because when u lose weight 20kg u will start eating 1 day then i will gain like 2x more !
so my advice is keep exercise and eat healty
2019-06-29 14:38
Possible, but you will feel and look better if you stick to 10kg a month
2019-06-29 14:43
yes very ez, but not good, what about 20kg in 6 months, more health and don't lose too much muscles
2019-06-29 14:43
if you drink alcohool al day long yes , but then your hope of life decrease by 10 years
2019-06-29 14:49
depends on starting situation
2019-06-29 14:50
Lose 20kg in 2 months....regain 30 in 6 :D
acute weight loses are not healthy and are for the most part, only water. Your muscles are full of glycogen, which brings water into the muscles, once you start a strict diet, the glycogen levels quickly go down, taking water with it and....boom you lost a lot of kilos! Which is far from losing fat/getting lean.
Don't rush your goal. Losing fat is a continuous and hard fought battle, but that doesnt mean you have to starve or stop eating things you love. THE FIRST THING: CALORIC DEFICIT. If you eat less then you spend, you're losing weight. And here comes the resistance training(going to the gym), which is going to sinal your body to spend energy there, building muscle and burning fat.
If you start with a super strict diet, eating less than your BMR, your body will adapt to it and the rate which you lose fat will decrease very fast.
And I could even tell you about eating disorders...for the most part induced by strict diets....
TLDR: look for a nutricionist :D
2019-06-29 14:51
7700 cals = 1kg
7700 x 20 = 154000 cals
160000 / 60 = 2566 cals/day
ofc, 2600 calorie deficit everyday.
= extreme starvation = you can't.
2019-06-29 15:00
At 14 yrs old i was very obese my weight was 100kg it was a Health issue for me so i went to a doctor and he told me to go to a Reha Clinic to lose some weight i went there for 3 weeks but other kids who were more obese than me stayed for max. 6 weeks in these 3 weeks i lost 20kg.
2019-06-29 15:04
lose around 1% of your total body mass per week
2019-06-29 15:05
If someone is overweight, it's not a big deal. But if someone is 100 kg with 20 % body fatts, it's almost impossible even with steroids. Our body can loose about 4 kg per month ( I mean fats). Most of the weight loss is water. Just stop the carbs and minimum 4 kg first week.
The kg are not important, the muscle mass and body fat are important.
It's not same if someone si 90 kg with solid muscles and 17 % body fat and another one is also 90 kg, but 30 % body fatts.
2019-06-29 15:07
one time I lost like 12kgs in 2 weeks hehe
2019-06-29 15:26
first of all eat helthy, second DO NOT go to gym, you should do cardios when you are fat, running, football, basketball, swimming etc.
Use some fat burners etc
Google bout healthy food and fat burners
2019-06-29 15:28
losing 20kg in 2 months would be extremely unhealthy. The suggested amount while dieting is 1kg/week or 1,5kg max per week which makes around 12 in 2 months. Above that you will lose your muscles
2019-06-29 15:30
Some raves, some cocaine and amphetamines and done. It works 100%
2019-06-29 15:32
Yes u can do that, but it depends on your starting bodyweight. Being 60kg and losing 1/3 of your weight is maybe possible but not healthy. Also losing that much weight that quickly makes you likely to gain it back fast
2019-06-29 15:36
Well you need to eat like 1000 calories less per day.
2019-06-29 15:40
1000 calories a day + workout 3 times a week and there u go
2019-06-29 15:41
I want to do a diet, but I don't know what I can stop eating, any suggestions?
2019-06-29 15:49
Hit the gym 5 times a day. 10 min cardio there, at least 1 hour of lifting weights and possibly walking home if the gym is close to your home. 1h walk the same day, only drink water and eat under 2000 calories.
2019-06-29 15:56
i lost 12 kg in 2 months men, 20 are too many for me
2019-06-29 16:13
With lots of HIIT Cardio and strict diet yes, but I wouldn't do that. Such rapid weight loss is a great risk for your health.
2019-06-29 16:14
Depends on how much you have right now. I've lost 12kg in 1,5 months(was skinny fat before), so 20 in 2 might be a bit hard
2019-06-29 16:16
Possible, but your health will be Pizdec. I mean really big pizdec, its too risky
Oh i remember you, u wrote about 'socially awkward'. Dude, if you want to start workout, dont expect fast changes, you should be ready to work at least 1 year to get good results.
2019-06-29 17:31
Lost 12 kg in 1.5 months because my jaw was broken and I couldn't eat
2019-06-29 17:28
It's possible, in the past I did this but you end up looking like a fat smaller version of yourself.
2019-06-29 17:41
1kg of fat =~7800 kcal
7800 x 20 = 156000kcal
156000:40 days = 3900 (strong math btw)
this could equal 0,5kg of fat loss per day, so no.
2019-06-29 17:48
Depends how much you weigh, if you weight a shit ton then you lose a lot more in less time but if you weigh less before losing weight then you lose it a lot slower, but you should not worry about how much time it will take you... patience is key
2019-06-29 17:45
Go on a fast for a week with medical assistance
2019-06-29 17:46
I lost 26 kg in 3 month.
Diet 1000 kcal
2019-06-29 17:49
low carb with significant deficit and muscle workout
with high reps.
i dont think you can make it without chemicals.
ephedrine is necessary.
2019-06-29 17:53
i didnt eat any fast food and ate like once a day.
i lost 5 kg.
also do any types of sports and drink a lot of water but i have 0 muscles in my body.
2019-06-29 17:59
just cut off your legs ez
2019-06-29 18:42
well... im a boxer, my avrg weigth is 82 kg but i figth in 72- kg , is easy loose weigth what is hard is too loose only fat, soo i recomend you to go to a nutricionist , go to the gym and run around 60km in a week. i bet u can do -7kg a mounth healthly
2019-06-29 19:11
i lose my extra weight 5 times cause i love to eat and i lost one 15 kg in 4 months
don't starve your self ever cause u will be fat for ever trust me
steps :
1- calc your calories and cut 700 of them let say your weight is 100 kg and you are 180 tall and 20 years old and you don't workout the result will be 2,436 that mean u will be eating 1736 per day but a better way is this
day 1: 1900 calories
day 2: 1700 calories
day 3: 1500 calories
day 4: 2100 calories
day 5 : 2400 calories
day 6: 1500 calories
eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of water and to make the best result is to divide your meals to two with 8 hours between them
like 1 pm and 9 pm and decrees the carbohydrate and u will get one cheating meal at the day 5 eating your normal food and don't eat more than 2400 calories
if u want to workout calc your burning calories for your exercises and eat more 60% of the burning calories .
ez losing weight in 2 month . u will lose a lot of weight i do it every year six packs before summer and a belly at January
2019-06-29 19:38
Water fast and try to at least get some activity, don’t just sleep all day when doing it.
2019-06-30 02:51
Have you tried revolutionary thing called salad?
2019-06-30 06:05
I've lost around 27 kilo in the last year just by being active (working), walking a lot, I stopped drinking beer and eating less (calorie deficit), good luck m8.
2019-06-30 06:18
loosing weight is almost always suffering, cause you need to be on deficit, and your body will protest and brains as well. but youl survive if you can find the discipline. ive been on intermittent fasting for a long time while very active during day, and at evening I eat till im full, but only lean stuff and vegetables
2019-06-30 06:18
go skateboarding daily for 1- 2 hours hardcore with ramp skating and grinding easy fat lose 20kg in 1 month.
2019-06-30 21:15
