I can't go to sleep before 4-6 am If I will not sleep one night and after that try to sleep at 22:00-23.00 , it will help me or it just waste of time and health?

Yes and I hate myself for it. Some people just have delayed sleep phases like me. It's horrible and there's nothing you can do.

Try sleeping else where I guess, or tire yourself out before you go to bed. If your exhausted it helps you sleep
