5 to 6. I wish i had the time to sleep 8, but between work and social life i don't. Only on days off i can sleep more than that

11pm to 6:20am on class days.
1am to 9am on weekends.

i went to sleep at 6 pm woke up 7 pm and thought okay nice 1 hour sleep before dinner. Then my doggo said it was yesterday wtf i did sleep 25 hours. so i went to sleep again and i am still sleeping.
8 hours minimum. getting less than 7 hours is considered very unhealthy. causes shit like neurosis and alzheimers and increased risk for diabetes and cancer

Today, only like 6 hours, but that's normal for me when I go to school. But currently I have holidays, so I'd say about 8-10 hours
8-9 hours most of the times. It's also important for you to sleep at night. Like 10 pm - 6 am. Our body needs nocturnal sleep so much and that's why when you wake up from a quality night sleep you feel more revitalised. Keep that in mind.

varies a lot, sometimes i might sleep just 3 hours, other times, 12 hours. i always tend to balance it out. I almost always take long naps after work, say 3 to 5 hours and then I try to sleep at least couple hours at night. or I don't take naps, and I go to bed super early and wake up early in the morning

im more like a night person, brain gets totally god mode during night so i study at night.
since i get good grades and doing fine parents dont care much about my routine.
it not healthy though as i have lunch at 4 pm and no morning breakfast.
