AW2518HF, absolutely worth it (:
get da benq looks sick imo. but check if your pc can run 244hz or if its too fast for 144hz
dude upgrade from 144Hz to 240 is just waste of money there is almost no diffrence between 144 and 240 I upgraded from 60Hz to 240Hz ( Alienware aw2518hf ) and before I was playing on 144Hz in gaming center and I cannot see diffrence. ;) If you really want to upgrade I would pick up the BenQ XL2540.
can you send to me your old screen? :P
benq zowie xl2546 is 11/10
244hz is not out yet lol?
the only 240hz with lower input lag than the 2540 is the Viewsonic XG2530 , but the BenQ has much better color and white balance for CS , also its only 10ms vs 8ms , honestly i'd say just upgrade , you got into high hz with BenQ just go benQ all the way , coming from a 2411 you will feel like the viewsonic one is too dark probably.

honestly man its a waste of money, 144hz is more than enough
Hello, my friend. Cannot say much about Asus, but I have BenQ XL2540 for quite a while now, almost a year, therefore I can shortly describe what I like and what I do not like about it.
It works well, the build is insanely robust and from the first touch you can feel high quality. The stand is also good, but not something spectacular, so do not feel bad if you want to use a mount instead. Controls are good, but at the same time so diverse that the first time it is a bit overwhelming - so please, spend some time watching some Youtube videos about setup, it will be worth it, cause of the disadvantages of this monitor are colours - they are shit by default, BUT look reasonably good if you set them up. Also, this screen has a "remote", a little control panel, and you can set it up too, e.g. you can have different modes (I have regular, bright (for CSGO) and dim (when eyes are tired or if I am reading some boring shit, like documents). Plus, you can switch modes with one click, e.g. I click ones - use PS4, click again - use PC. Quite handy, when waiting for friends to come online or if you need to check CSGO match results while playing PS4 etc.
Overall, I'd give it a solid 8/10. I really like it and despite some minor issues with colours and effort to make them look good, this is the best screen I have used. Frequency is nuts (you can feel the difference, but obviously it's nothing in comparison to switching from 60hz to 144hz), build is good, the little control remote I never cared about is now my oxygen and I cannot imagine life without it, just overall - solid. What could make it 10? I don't know... thinner rims, perfect colours, 8k, free pass to Brazzers etc., but for me 10 is perfection, so 8/10 is a really good score for me.
Hope it helps. Have a good day, my fellow American, and may your eyes enjoy whatever screen you pick.
60 HZ to 144HZ = real difference
144 to 240 = no big diff
Wait 300HZ MONITOR for buy new
eyes don’t recognize more than 24 frames
you are all victims of marketing
stupid hltv kids axaxaxaxaxa
Is 240hz worth it for other games besides CSGO?
