Lunch: Banana or some other fruits, salad, crispbread with cheese and ham
Dinner: Whatever. Can be. Some meat, soups, potatos, sausages, pasta, rice. Mostly chicken
Evening: Banana again, salads, yogurt, crispbread with ham or the rests from the dinner
I also have cheating days 2,3 times every second week with pizza and hamburger. But no soda, no juice, almost no sugar. Sometimes some chocolate
Supper: fruits&vegetables, grains&lentils, seeds&nuts
7:00- Eggs and fruit and milk
12:30- Typically a peanut butter jelly or ham and cheese sandwich
3:30- Beef jerky
6:30- Pasta or Chicken and rice

my "diet" in the past few weeks has been:
lunch (3:00pm)- burger or 2 hot dogs
dinner (9:00pm)- whatever i can find at home, sometimes it's a lot of food and sometimes it's maybe a pop tart if im lucky lol,
Breakfast: Tea without sugar with some cookies (2-3 only) Or yogurt
lunch: soup with 1-2 peaces of bread + tea without sugar
between lunch and dinner just some yogurt of some chocolate lil bit.
Dinner: chiken or some meat, depends what I want.
in night time Jooly if I wanna eat cuz its 10colories only, not so much.

Depends . Mostly homemade food + some fast food ocassionally. I do alot of excersises , but never really cared about any diet as i tried in the past and suffered not eating what i like , therefore i eat/train and don't really care . The only thing i avoid is drinking coke more than a can a week and same goes to candies,cookies etc. Golden rule is to not eat too much. Simple.
