What you propose is :
1.Nest like solution which will be implemented ofc
2.bluetooth connection solution, well known already, including by the other brand I named in OP : Crestron.
Your 3rd solution is interesting, I will check if "connected fridges" don't already propose that.
Because from a first thought there is one main issue : camera range : you need to see every rack of your fridge, including some perspective to somehow see what is standing at the bottom of it (hidden by other stuff in front). Or use another solution instead of camera such as bar code scanning, temporary ship sticking or whatever.
Anyway as I said above, you came up with an idea that deserve to be studied, and I will update this thread with prize for the best ones. This third is on the list so far. Feel free to share more, ty.
