I guess it's about president elections. The leftist candidate won and will fix things that rightist populists destroyed.
2019-08-12 06:33
In latin america it's never been about right or left since both sides are just corrupt and terrible at leading. It depends on whether the candidate has actually good ideas or not

likely wont be any better. Nearly all of Latin America are just corruption nests. Only ones that are stable are Uruguay, Peru, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Chile and maybe El Salvador soon.

that may be true, but it doesn't explain argentinians voting for fucking Cristina Kirchner... I just can't wrap my head around it. I get it that corruption allowed her to manoeuvre her way out of prison, but why in the world are people voting for her...

Argentinians have an special ability do dismiss all the negatives on something just because that isn't what they want to hear, so they don't care and won't give a second thought about it (like her former VP on jail). Besides that lower classes are brainwashed by an speech that repeated itself for over 70 years, from parents to children over and over again. Blaming everyone for their poverty except themselves and people at charge.

"I get it that corruption allowed her to manoeuvre her way out of prison" Fucking bullshit, media brainwashing did this to all and made Macri the president. She's been accused of several things across 5 years and she is still free. Corruption couldn't have helped her all this time because she was persecuted by everyone from Macri's goverment and she is still free. Again, massive media brainwashing. On the other hand Macri has multiple accounts offshore worth millions and millions, and everyone knows about it. He's been a mobster since the times of military governments here.
2019-08-12 20:38
hahahahahaha get the fuck out of here retard , "prosecuted by macri's government" 80% of congress and the whole Supreme Court is Peronia , Macri kept her out of jail because after he did an absolute horrid office , the only way he could ever win an election , is if the only relevant candidate running against him was Cristina and her Komplices , and in the end it backfired on him terribly , he's about to lose the elections he banked on in keeping CFK free. Also it's disgusting how the leftist bitches like you care so much about off-shore accs when Macri does them , but turn a blind eye on all the offshore accounts in swiss of Cristina , Lautaro Baez , Amado Boudou , HUGE ETC. Have fun destroying whatever little's left of this shithole bitch , im ouuuuttttt.

Left or right you won't fix your shit until you stop printing money to pay for your ridiculous state expenses. You are not the US or other developed countries that can get away with debasement because of high external demand for their currencies. Boludos will ever understand that simple economic law it seems.

We have plenty of great economists, many that went to ivory league institutions. I am an economist myself BTW, although not from those high profile institutions. The thing is that we have a culture of rent seeking and over dependance on the state due to experiments in mass democracy (my opinion) which without the proper cultural background only turns into plundering by pressure groups.
2019-08-12 15:13
hahahahhaahaha , wouldn't expect any more or less from Psychological.
2019-08-12 22:44
What do you expect from commies? A lot of the ex-Soviet countries bankrupted a few times as well, my country bankrupted 3 times during the Socialist rule, and one time as well after the Socialist rule but still ruled by the Socialist party in 1997. You can't spend more than you receive, it's a simple thing and is true, it is the same as in real life - if you spend more than you receive, you have to get the money from somewhere - in this case you get them from banks or other credit institutions and you have to return them at one point but if you continue living your life and spending more than you receive you end up at one point where you aren't able to pay the money because they grew up too much. Communism can work only in two places - heaven where they don't need it and hell where they already have it.

Brazil Bene_Tleilax
I know it is a snowball effect. As I commented above I blame this on mass democracy because it gives the idea that the government is made for the people, therefore it is justified in its expenses (whatever they are) while creating incentives for people to join in in the plunder as civil servants, politicians or simply welfare recipients. Even Rousseau admitted that democracy can only "work" in small countries where people are more contained when it comes to stealing from each other.
2019-08-12 15:19
you're 100% right but how are you still in Bulgaria??? with that mindset you must be feeling traped with no scape there....afaik bulgaria is an leftist shithole filled with pro-statism citizens.

2019-08-13 00:17
but at least in Brasil your yearly inflation is just like 4% , you can actually save money and you don't have to hurry up to buy something you want or need , you dont have to worry that its gonna be twice as expensive in 3 months. Also you've got a really decent chance at shrinking government and lower taxes now with Guedes.

+1 , i kinda wanna live in Belo Horizonte but since it's probably gonna be too expensive and i probably wont be making even 1000 reais per month , i think the better option for us is gonna be Rio Grande do Sul , we'll see down the line 😂
2019-08-13 15:12
That's the problem, bro... Immigrants always wanna go to big cities, like BH, São Paulo and Rio de janeiro... U should choose for developed cities but not too big... It's much easy to find a job... Capitals like Belo Horizonte, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro usually have an expensive cost of living and it's not very easy to get a good job... U should look for developed cities close from São Paulo. Just like, Itajubá-Mg; São José dos Campos- Sp, Londrina-PR... Rio grande do sul isn't too bad, since that probably many ppl there must know Spanish, then u will not have so many problems about the language...
2019-08-14 00:54
I REAAAAALLLY love gramado (Rio Grande do Sul) but i think it's probably expensive af too since it seems to rely heavily on tourism , would love o build a house there. Thanks for the tip , it'd be kinda like im right now , im in the South of Conurbano but im still somewhat close to the Capital (CABA , Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires). I do wanna get better in Portuguese though , i can kinda half ass speak it but i cant write it for shit lmao go figure.
