No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

This is exactly the type of guy who thinks he will make visible progress in one training
Go to the gym, workout chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders, maybe core, quads, hamstrings, maybe calves.
(Google exercises for these muscles)
Go to gym again once you are not at all sore and do the same thing.
Eventually you will build up to a full body workout 3x per week
go and buy the book "starting strength" and you'll learn the most of what is needed

Make sure you go to the gym at least once a week. If you skip one whole week, it's only a matter of time before you skip two weeks and then three weeks and before you know it, you have stopped going to the gym completely. Making going to the gym a part of your life/routine/every day is essential for building a better/healthier body. Also understand that going to the gym is something you should be doing for the rest of your life, not just for summer or something like that.

If you want to start working out in the gym, you need discipline, you need to stop eating random shitty food, you need to enjoy your progress, you need to work harder and harder, you need to workout when you dont want too, you need to understand that changes are something that doesnt come in a week, in a month, or even in a year if you are looking for a big change.
And if you are doing this just for a girl, please wake up, you will go nowhere.

Everything these fitness coaches say is bullshit, instead of using moderate heavy weights, and clean reps you should use as much weight as possible and do the exercise wrong.
Go slowly mens dont Rush things or u Will get injures and quit rly fast.start with small weight (be confident while lifting them and Focus on proper form not lifting more)
Start with FBW training 3times a week learn proper technique
Best way to get started is doing full body workouts. Focus on compound lifts that use several muscles in one movement so you can increase general strength all at once. For example:
Chest, Shoulders, Triceps -> Barbell/Dumbell bench press
Quads, Hamstrings, Ass -> Squat, lunge
Lats, Traps, Auxiliary back muscles, Biceps -> Pullups/Pulldowns, Rows
Do this for about a month and then transition into a 3 day split where you focus on Chest, Back, and Legs. You wont regret it, good luck on your date mens))
Other best piece of advice I can give you is to make a plan before you start cause otherwise you just lose motivation fast and leave after 2 weeks ok bye mens
you can go BIG or you can get RIpped. diffrent method of training.
my advice for you is, eat clean, dont skip training and go for more wheight for exercice when you feel good with it so you wont hurt yourself or doing big weight exercices and not hitting the muscle properly. im in gym for a little long and not that big as some people in less time, i am not that focused as them but still going with good wheights already, enough for me (more 6kg mass).

Choose what you want to do, get strong or get big
In the process of getting strong you will also get bigger and vice versa but you can be big without being super strong ( Arnold ) and you can also be very strong without being big.
I'd recommend just getting stronger
Start out light to perfect your form and once you get it do sets with low rep amounts ( 5x5 or 8x3 or even 6x4 )
