You realize that it is possible to recognize that the kid did something wrong by stealing, while simultaneously recognizing the fact that killing someone over something so minor is wrong and unjustified, right? Not everything has to be black and white.
punishment isn't up to you, it was property of the clerk, he decided the punishment, im not saying that shooting and killing the kid was morally okay, but it is what it is, dont act like its so out of this world
lmao it's completely natural, we aren't in 4000 bc. to execute law oposite to the kind of crime. You don't want to be punished - just don't fuckin steal. I am in oposite to all this "free guns" agenda but this one should be cleared from charge
really? the dude ran away non threatening and the guy chased him out of the store and shot him in the BACK. If the guy didnt have a gun a police report would have been filed and the suspect would be sent to jail or even less. its not right in any way.
This is kind of talk made by people who constantly grab sweets and hide 'em on their pockets while in store. Shoting wasn't THE BEST way to deal with it, but if you want to uproot thievery you need to be radical
For a start, the kid wasn't innocent. He still stole. Not saying that justifies what happened to him, though.
Secondly, the man who did this is going to jail. So how does that make it a racist country?
