Yes, "Fucked up his career" was the wrong term.
But he fucked up his personal game. I know that is normal as an IGL, but I think Lekr0 is too good as an player to be but down like this.
On the other hand I don´t see a better IGL than him. Maybe it would good with Goldn, we´ll see.
He was pretty good with fnatic in the beginning, just the innerteam difficultys crushed them.
A swedish IGL would be an must need because I don´t see the team changing the communication to english - so I am with you in not seeing any swedish IGL who would be dedicated from the start and loving the job.
I don´t blame xzist for all of it. Krimz isn´t showing enough, wheter thats because of not training enough or whatever, Twist is just becoming alive now after being inconsistent for a long period of time.
But in his case for example, he didn´t have the right roles on most maps - and that is in my thinking the job of an IGL. finding the best roles for your players and build the team. It took months for them to realise that twist should hold the awp on t-sites. There are no t-side tactics on most maps, no structure as soon as the indivudual plays don´t work. Thats the job of an IGL.
It´s ok to have the least kills most times as an IGL, but when you are the only one who could afford a weapon in a round and you had 6 kills in the last 18 rounds, give it to one of your star players.
It is the small stuff that makes an good IGL.
Building a team, find the right roles, team spirit an tactics. And xzist isn´t doing any of that - and that is what I am blaming him for.
The bad outcome in the last months is not entirely his fault, but I guess leting someone else try to do a better job is the most likely way to fix it.
