Breath. Slow breathing method is the most important thing we use in sport when we have crisis. If u can adjust ur breath , then ull be able to adjust emotions , without slow regular breathing u won't be able to control ur body and emotions. So all u have to do is to work on on ur breathing when in stress situations.

Whichever way suits You. There's no golden rule about how to breath properly. Everyone's different. Slow regular breathing will decrease your pulse . U simply can't adjust ur emotions with high heart beat rate. Its biologically impossible.

Clutching in csgo isnt stressful lmao, i actually love clutching and im boss at it, no one is getting in ur way u do everything u think is right. The first day of school isnt stressful either i have few good buddies and i dont care about anyone else, i can be hated by everone in the world when there is a one person that likes and and needs me. Important exam is a whole another story, this shit is stressful

play a lot so you are used to any situation. or don't take it seriously and somehow troll. sometimes, trolling the enemy in a clutch is the best way to day. by trolling i mean do something really random that he won't expected.
