Nope. You need to eat more calories. Just eat calories and stay in a surplus. Stay away from unhealthy fat from coke, chips and cookies etc. Eat more healthy fats from nuts and oils. Don't over eat protein you need carbs to eat more as it's easier to consume. Eat a lot of rice, potatoes etc.

Remove the eggs you already have protein from the chicken. Then add some vegetables it's very important. Also add a small portion of nuts to get some healthy fats in. In my opinion stick to your diet so it's nutrition and do what's works for you.

Do not listen to this guy lol, if you want to bulk, carbs are your best friend. Protein is not that important during bulk and fat whilst not being as bad as people think it is, you shouldn't go overboard with it. HIIT for gaining weight? WHAT? >6h sleep daily if you want to function I guess? Now onto the milk, it's better than drinking water I guess? It has calories like any other food/drink so idk why you specifically chose to ask about milk lol, but I do think it has some kind of insulin spiking properties so that might help also.

dont know why these guys are roasting your tips I am training for my local MMA/UFC qualifiers and I pretty much do what you say, gaining lean muscle mass and eating lots of fats and protein and plenty of HIIT, without the fat the body wouldnt take it. Carb overload bodybuilding style is overrated, you just get fat and then need to get rid of that later, while you can just as easily get lean and heavier without turning into a baloon first

To gain lean muscle u have to eat more calories than what your body use. For me its about 3000 calories. Then do heavy compound excersises 3-5 days a week. Never train same muscle group two days in a row. Be patient with your gains. Its gonna take time, a lot of time, but it will be worth it. If its hard to eat enough calories, then make a calorie dense shake you drink every day. I have an 850 calorie shake i drink every day to get enough protein and calories to gain muscle :D

If u dont gain weight eat more until you do, it is as simple as that. If you struggle to get in enough, drink the calories. Milk is great. Also eat stuff with high caloric density, like rice, pasta. Lots of proteine after workout. A liter of milk or some hardboiled eggs (or proteine powder/bars if you are into that stuff) makes a difference. Don't drink too much milk tho'. It isn't good for your skin.
