I used to be the same. Nowadays 8 hours is the optimal amount. If I sleep too much less or more I will be tired. And I'm always tired in the morning no matter how much I sleep.
No shit, teenagers are sleeping beauties until they get adult who are fine with 7-8 hours. It's medically confirmed.
If you want to sleep better
-take regular hours to go to sleep and wake up (even on weekends)
-have physical activity ( if possible not in the evening)
-don't eat before you go to bed, but don't go to bed with an empty stomac

It depends. You have to get a regular sleep schedule.
If you go to sleep at 10pm and the next day at 12pm your body hasn't rearanged and is thus not able to get the perfect rest

More hours in bed will not help you, your sleep cicle is propably fucked up, you need to go to bed and wake up at the same time. One sleep cicle takes about 90 minutes for average person. The "important" part of the sleep cicle is in the last 20 minutes, BUT when you wake up, or go into lighter phases of sleep, because of sone external distraction (noise, light etc.) the cicle starts again fron the start, so somebody who sleeps 6 hours with complete sleep cicles is more rested than someone that sleeps 10 hours, but doesn't complete most of the sleep cicles. Also if you wake up at the end of the sleep cicle you will feel refreshed, but if you wake up in the middle you will feel like a zombie. I suggest you to do more research about the topic. GL
i sleep for like 12 - 18 hours a day usually, sometimes less like 8. but i often stay awake for nearly 24 hours or longer
I feel the exact same with 8 hours of sleep but 6 hours of sleep is my sweet spot, I'm always energetic when I sleep 6 hours, but anything more, I'm still tired when I wake up.
