I heard from one guy saying that if you dont do enough triceps, and specially SHOULDERS your progress will just start fading even if you keep doing chest workouts, since the muscles are so connected. What you think about that?
It could make sense in my case. Because every muscle group I got stronger in since I started, more in some, and less in some. But shoulders I barely improved at all, like almost nothing over 2,5 years.
