Ok mens)))) this is a hard question. I can legally work right now, but im strapped for time with my studies. Im also not very much in need of money but I think getting a job would help my work ethic improve. Do you alphas think I should focus on studies or get a job? I can't do both because I have to many other commitments. What do?

gyazo.com/6758e35d2d2d8692f05aae6040e97a.. You said like 5 different things that conflict with eachother in 3 sentences, I don't know what you're surprised about?
2019-09-19 03:38
And how do those conflict with each other?

strapped on time with studies >< asks if working a job helps with that don't need money >< want to improve work ethic, that's dumb, you need a purpose other than giving yourself a harder schedule. alphas >< nobody here is an alpha except me studies >< or job? why are you letting other people decide for you, so you're gonna abandon studies to work, that's the dumbest thing i've ever heard too many other commitments? what does that even mean, so there's more to it than you're letting on, so it's not appropriate or possible to get an answer suiting your needs. you're a baiter like in your other threads, hence spam
2019-09-19 03:44
The question is whether I should focus on studies or get a job and care less about doint well in school Was that not clear?
2019-09-19 03:47
And my other commitments are varsity crew, scouting, and multiple ap classes

You finish school, then you go to work, other kids work because they need money to live, you don't need money apparently. It's quite a simple answer.

That clearly wasn't your initial question, but whatever. It's hard to understand how a college student doesn't understand the basic idea of whether school is important or not, or the fact you haven't had a job until now otherwise you wouldn't ask that question.

Get a job. You have more free time than you think you do.
2019-09-19 03:36
I literally have 4 hours of homework a night because I only am taking honors and ap courses. I also do scouts and varsity crew. I get like 1hr free time a day
2019-09-19 03:38
in that case don't get job
2019-09-19 03:42
That's why I ask. Should I focus less on education and get a job or not
2019-09-19 03:45
nahhhhhhhhhh unless its weekends only

So would you say it's worth doing intensive studies or more worth to get a job?

I would say at your level of intensity, yeah probably not get a job, unless like another guy said, a weekend job.

if you focus on studies, then you could get better grades and not stress yourself out and have a better chance of getting a good job

much better investment of time to just study instead. Not worth hampering your career for $8/hr
