i dont really know, just assumed its before the final since showmatches always are, although it would be weird for EG/liquid players to play in the showmatch if they have a final to play right after

No, everytime on the pause screen on the stream when match news are floating in in form of text, it says that the reworked Cache will be played before the grand final
