I need help too and im a newfag on hltv so i cant create topics, so im using this one:
I just won a knife on hellcase (i know they are a scammy site), but i never deposited there (cause i dont trust them), so now they say that i have to deposit 2 dolars to withdraw the knife. There's a payment method using skins called Shadow Pay, they ask for the trade url and to set up an api key and send to them, anyone here know if Shadow Pay is legit?

I have no idea about this really, but just wanted to mention that it sounds like a fraud if someone who claimed you won something want you to deposit money to get your win.. it sounds exactly how a scammer would work just saying.
If i were you I would just back down, slowly and forget about that asap.
