Wrong, hot water is good yes, but it can exhaust the face if you take really hot showers every day. Whats recommended is to take a warm(not hot) shower than for the last 5 minutes make it cold and before you go wash your face with cold water so it closes the pores and shit wont get in it. Dermatologist reccommend to not wash your face too much, only when: 1. You wake up, 2. You get sweaty/dirty, and 3. Before you go to bed.
Also wash your pillow case.
