about 4 months ago I was stuck at 110kg, then i started training very seriously and hardbulking, gained about 5kg of good weight and lifts skyrocketed up.
I've trained for about 14 months now and started training legs about 2-3 months into lifting.
My first ever 1rm was 60kg, it slowly progressed into the 110kg then i hit a plateau.
i took probably a 2 week break from squatting heavy, trying to get my form better.
practiced low bar and started hardbulking. and yea here we are, part of the 4 plate club.
