i had 1060 and week ago bought 2060 for 550$
nothing changed :DDDDDDDDDDDD
RTX2060, driver support etc and RTX Cores if you wanna play minecraft. Just updated platform in general. Might as well opt for the more options out one
buy a PC that will last at least 5 years
check benchmarks from multiple sources
dont spend 500€ for gpu, max 300€
i spent 1000€ 4.5 years ago with a gtx 970 i5 4690k 12gb ram and i can still run recent games on high settings
just get a 2060 will be better in the long run and it gets better fps in games u could try to find a used one
1070, rtx is so useless atm
Dont buy rtx if you play GTA/ no fps on 1440p
5700 xt is better and usually cheaper
I have asus gtx 1070 dual with overclock it nearly performs as my brother's gigabyte gtx 1080 turbo oc but with lower temps. So I'd say 1070ti overclocked > rtx2060 unless you play games that utilize rtx.
check out both rx 5700 and 5700xt before buying a 2060 or 1070ti (2060'd be a better option over the 1070ti.. but those rx might be better deals)
and also, i'd recommend u to change that 3600x to a regular 3600, cuz with precision boost 2 the only difference between these processors is that the 3600x costs $50 cuz of a letter
Save enough for an RTX 2070S or a 5700xt if yo udon't care about hairworks and ray tracing
Sorry for bad england, but get 5700x
It always comes down to your budget.
But check for benchmark tests from different sites/channels. And if you still can't decide, always go with the newer one. Don't ever buy a gpu thinking "I can upgrade it again if I need to" in at the very least, 3 years. Take the higher step if you financially can.
go for a used 1080, its still a beast gpu
Get the 2060 but if it were me I'd save for a 2070
1080 used is the clear choice if its as good used gpu but 2070 is more worth it for the price though the 2060 super and 2070 are pretty close in strength
rx 5700 is better then both for the same price as regular rtx 2060
Doesn't matter for cs, try to get used 1080 for anything eles
I have 1060 I bought for 220$ and its 100% worth it!
