and got stable 150fps xxaaxxaxax
Make sure the GPU is plugged correctly
Also i did benchmark and everything was average, (My gpu was like 3% under average but other than that it looked fine)
update bios and turn on DOCP profile for ram
Throw this amd cpu at window and buy some Intel. /closed
Lol these people are giving stupid answers. If you benchmarked and your GPU is around average try adjusting settings which can make a large impact, maybe try turning on/off multicore rendering in csgo settings, also make sure you're playing fullscreen not borderless/fullscreen-windowed.
Only other suggestion is to check RAM is running at the right speed.
Try restart your computer
that's not a high end pc.
Test memory with memtest to see if getting errors?
Ryzen 2nd gen is pretty shit for CSGO, 3rd gen yes they improved IPC and Single Core and it is doing great in CSGO, if u change ur CPU to Ryzen 5 3600, ur fps problem gonna be fixed.
Benchmark with 3dmark or some other shit, then compare it with others on the web, if you get same scores - sell 2700 and go for 3600
make sure your monitor is plugged to GPU, not mobo :)
There is a video on youtube that optimizes ryzen 2nd gen cpu for csgo, i think locking some threads so csgo can max on the others
Look on youtbe for explanation and tutorial
I think its called csgo performance on ryzen cpu
Same problem, but nothing much can help.
Some people get 500fps some get 200-250. I once installed a modded driver and got 400 but got stuttering in BFV so uninstalled it.
Crazy. I run a i7 7700k 16gb ddr4 2400 ssd and a 980ti and I get 400ish
I am running a ryzen 3 3200g with the igpu ($99 lol) and I can get 200 fps on 1280 960 all low medium shadows n fxaa on. probably should google "things to download/change on new pc" or whatever since your fps is way too low. try downloading latest drivers of everything aswell
have u tried to force csgo, exe at threads 8 10 12 14 with process lasso?
if not give it a try
> Ryzen 2700
> high end
yeah dude, it might be higher than mid, but only when you consider it a PC for work (mostly 3d rendering)
csgo hates ryzen 1000/2000 and a shitton of other apps do too, and ryzen 3600 easily fucks ryzen 2700x in the ass with a giant dick, so throw it away and buy ryzen 3600 if you really want more fps
Try to update every driver, overlock CPU if you want to, its pretty weak
lol ryzen 5 2700 is not a gaming cpu , just buy the r5 3600
- rtx 2060 super
- high end
Delete 3D Vision if you have it installed, check in your BIOS settings if your motherboard has a Game Mode, and set it on game mode if it has.. Your cpu and ram may be on a power saving mode or sth.. Check the cpu's temps as well..
Also make sure that you havent disabled the multicore rendering option in video settings :D
sell pc and fuck whores.easy fix.
Is your cpu still sitting at 3.2 ghz when csgo is launched?
You could try to manually the cores of your cpu to csgo if it ist still at stock clock speeds
once I updated windows and my fps went to shit, I had to reboot my pc and it worked
story of my life.
shit game, shit updates, shit fps, shit community maps, shit anti cheat, shit bullet registry, shit hitboxes, shit cases, shit new skins, shit HE damage radius, shit 64 tick, shit soloQ, shit ranks, shit match ups, shit F2P, shit trust factor.
slowly and surely we will see more and more new amd users start complaining about low fps
most games run best off the single thread performance at high frequencies
fps_max 300 in the console
i had a R55 1600X before swapping to the R5 3600 (can recommend btw) and had a problem in the beginning that the CPU was constantly in "Idle-Mode" at 2.2GHz which led to low fps.
Maybe check that.
Are you using Software to control your CPU/GPU (not to confuse with drivers)?
Try turning them off/deinstall.
Do you use Gameprofile in the AMD-Radeon-Settings? Try turning it off.
Do you have FreeSync? Try turning it off.
Do you have a cold beer? Drink it.
csgotweaks.com do a half stuff from this site and youll be fine
i think your problem is only CPU ,
CSGO is a heavy single core game performance so thats why intel always has a lead on gaming when it comes to CPU ( talking about 2nd GEn only )
with the 3rd Gen they did some improvment but if ur heavy focused only on gaming try sell ur rig and get an intel one with i7 9700k or 9900k.
Also try play on higher Res and try the settings iv seen some benchmarks the higher the resolution the better the cpu performed cuz of threads.
sorry to say it but i think this is hardware issue rather than a config/software issue, you should get a new cpu
-LULzen 7 2700
250-300 fps men)))
Impossible to judge. Could be anything
Guys thanks you all of the suggestions and help! Really appreciated, unfourtenaly it is still not fixed.
If anyone has more ideas let me know, otherwise i will probably sell of the computer.
LCD 24" Benq XL2411Z (1ms, DVI/HDMI, 144Hz)
GeForce GTX 960 4GB GDDR5
Intel Core i5-6400 /2.7, 6MB 4x2.7GhZ Turbo 4x3.2GhZ
HDD Seagate 1TB 64MB cache SATA 600 7299rpm
16GB DDR4 2133MHz CL14 Kingston HyperX Fury
i have 250-300 fps
fps_max 400 write in console
Update your chipset drivers and then update bios. You can find the downloads on your motherboard manufacturer website. Then make sure all gpu drivers are up to date. If that fails. Take everything apart and put it all back together and do a fresh install of windows.
Maybe you use 2 high graphic settings?
fx 6300, r9 270x, 8gb ram ddr3 = 250-300 fps in csgo low settings xD
i've been meaning to upgrade for a while now but i'm barely playing and i'd have to buy a whole new setup because of the old motherboard
Make sure your integrated gpu is disabled and then go power settings and put high performance.
Then download gpuz and cpuid.
Run game play for second so your computer warm up open softwares and post pic for me.
Stable 300 FPS
xmp might be causing this, check your memory speed via cpu-z.
a clean windows might also help
lastly, check the gpu-cpu temperatures, did you get unexpected shut downs?
The most likely case is that you have a defective pc part and troubleshooting this problem can take a while
asus pg279q 165hz
Stable 300 fps
might be bad gpu connector ? can be anything u need to diagnose
check for virus, verify game files, reinstall games
If you have OS and csgo on a different Hard drive it could affect hella lot
Wouldnt call that a high end pc, but still you should have more fps than that lul
For those saying Ryzen is shit (Intel User)
My brother has Ryzen 5 2600, 1060 gtx, 8 gb and plays on 300 fps on Medium settings. So yes, also have you tried to put on "Multicore rendering" on thd CSGO Game settings, it basically just makes the CPU use all cores, if this is turned off thats why
i have i5-7200U with intel graphics =60 fps on 640x480 resolution all low settings charging and no other application running at all
Ryzen CPU is crap, get Intel
I have stable 120-140 fps on Battlefield 1 and Battlefront 2, but when it comes to CS:GO, it's looks not stable, 200-300fps according to how many people in the game, how many objects etc.
Ryzen 7 2700 too, just find guide for optimisation, it might helps
Depending on the amount of cores your CPU has, when you install fresh hardware, sometimes the default the CPU picks for the amount of cores to run is half of the actual amount. You can boost your FPS by telling the PC to use all cores. If this isn't the scenario, it could be your VRAM capacity.
Check to see if you're boosting properly in-game with ryzen master.
i have a 3700x and I was running at around 200fps because it was boosting at 3.8 GHz and I was able to fix it with a bios update.
What PSU? Maybe not enough power?
