There is nothing to refute when your entire argument is: "Well, if there was a conspiracy it would make sense because of reasons XYZ"
Sure, if there was a conspiracy to make it look like the earth is a globe, it would make sense, considering the zionist satanist US wants to keep people from believing in christianity.
Thats exactly the type of "argument" you made. Its not actually an argument, its an assertion based on an enemy stereotype of the evil liberal elite. If I were to pretend thats a legitimate (=> in this case sound) argument, I would give credence to your type of argumentation, which is not based on facts but starts out with a worldview and then makes up the story around it. And if there is something that doesnt fit, just make up a conspiracy around it.
And who the fuck says that global warming would only affect the property market?? There are MANY powerful lobbies that would be negatively affected by something like a real Green Deal. And did you really just handwave away the entire supermassive oil lobby by saying "sure there is a huge ultra-rich multinational lobbying movement of which the POTUS is a puppet but lets not talk about that and instead focus on a handful of random details of ONE MARKET that happens to not be talking about global warming."?
Now that I have adressed all of your idiotic premises that make adressing your actual points nearly pointless, let me adress them.
You are doubting that there are people that try to sell houses that dont mention details that might make living in those houses problematic? Are you dense? Of course if I was trying to sell a house at the coast I wouldnt talk about global warming, especially if there is a shitton of people like you that claim that its a non-issue and as such make it possible in the first place to treat it as such. Its not actually a controversial topic, but you people pretend it is.
