MENS. I need your help I've bought about 26 pairs of earbuds over the last 8 months. Most of them break within a couple of weeks. The most recent pair broke in less then 24 hours. I need suggestions for decent earbuds, I'm tired of getting new ones all the time :(

comparing £160 earbuds to £230 (on sale). Airpods have arguably the best Bluetooth implementation especially with apple devices it is unrivaled. Sound is shit but you pay for the connectivity / brand / warranty. Also change flair pls you americano. You are not German.
2019-10-22 15:53
Yes, I am comparing both since OP said that only brokebois would hate it. Imagine choosing earbuds not because of the quality of the sound but "connectivity / brand / warranty" LMAO no wonder why apple is reaching 1 trillion market value, customers are absolutely bell ends (used that only for you). ps. I an't fat americano. I'm a Berlinfag!
2019-10-22 17:39
You are a fat burger man. I don't even own airpods I am giving the reason why they are superior to other earbuds. (unless you overpay) Imagine paying £200+ on shit earbuds when you can buy REAL headphones for the same price and would sound 100000% better. Imagine you are on HLTV and can choose any flag to fake flag and you chose fucking Germany :DDDD Why not Uganda or Taiwan?

What did you buy then? I suggest spending a higher ammount of money on some trusted brand. Also dont put the earbuds into your jean pocket if you dont have to. That destroys the cable fast.

Sennheiser Any sennheiser, really. They sound awesome, you shouldn't throw them around, they are not delicate, but thsy'll break too. CX 1.00 isn't bad, but imo, its too basic. 2.00G is great, had that for 2 years now, my friend has had 3.00 for some time now. All of them are amazing
2019-10-21 21:28
I just use the ones that come with the phone until I lose them or something
2019-10-21 21:29
Stop chewing on them. I personally like Sony ones, they offer a lot of different ones and I never bought a pair which did not hold up well (I just tend to lose them, like in planes and such).

If you want to splurge get anything from the IEM range; usually it's the cord that breaks rather than the output unit and being able to replace the cable itself makes it economical in the long run

I have wireless earbuds now so i don't have to worry about cables breaking (i used to buy 2/3 pairs per year) Imo it was the best decision but it was not cheap, i bought the jabra elite 65t active and i really recomend them for gaming(decent with great noise cancelation) and for exercising. Good sound quality overall and good mic as well

they're good if you don't need to use them for long periods of time, i also have a pair of wireless buds (not the ones you also own) and i only use them when i go to the gym because otherwise it gets annoying to have to charge them all the time. not to mention that sometimes the audio quality isn't as good

For music the audio on these is off the charts and you even have an equalizer app so you can adjust to waht music you hear, way better quality than the air pods. But gaming sound is different so i don't rate it as high. Mine also have a 5h play time and quick charge so even if i need another hour i just have to put them 15min in the case.

I personally like to use Sony MDRXB50AP Extra Bass earbuds. Sound quality is pretty decent for under 50 USD, and the bass doesn't sound bad either. These are like 5 or so years old now, and I've pretty much been using them since then without issue (They also made it through the wash 3 times before breaking so that's another plus).
