Nah probably just want to be set for life when he retires.
2019-10-25 22:11
Washed up. The money made him a jerk off. I still like him but he’s not even that good anymore. All about the almighty buck. He’d gladly lose 10 fights in a row if he was guaranteed 5m$ for each defeat.
2019-10-24 21:15
He was always a jerk
2019-10-24 21:16
Yea but that was his thing. Before he was a champion he was so focused and ready for war every fight. After getting both belts he fell off. Drinking parting drama starter etc. dude got played out quick.
2019-10-24 21:18
Why are you criticizing him its not like you will ever have money like that to waste and who cares how many tournaments he loses he has more than enough money so why would he want any more?
2019-10-25 00:31
that's like the most standard and comically stupid argument you can get on internet. congratulations.
2019-10-25 20:12
Is that even an argument in itself? This guy is a total nobody no money no job and yet here he is dispensing that someone who is literally several thousands time more wealthy than him is somehow at fault for actually winning money and then relaxing afterwards, it is not as if he wouldn't want any more I why would he want any more wins because he has already won so many times. It doesnt even matter if he wins because he is going to make insane amounts of money either way.

2019-10-25 20:31
Who are you mr. beta male calling me a virgin. I'm still in high school and I don't really give a shit about girls rn. However we'll see who is the virgin by the time I get out of school. I'm 6'5 cross country runner so I think you ought to consider your own position before you call me a virgin

bro im 11th prestige and i have 20000 confirmed kills and was rated the top of my class
2019-10-25 22:13
same way: you cannot criticise althletes for making a wrong move, you cannot criticise a politician for not doing his job, you cannot criticise a chef that served you undercooked steak, because you couldn't do any better. your way of thinking is really childish. If you look back at his statement he was praising mcgregor for his resilience yet all you could take from it was critique.
2019-10-25 20:52
All of the things you described were definitive failures, OP is saying that this wrestler is incompetent for not trying to win every event. I am saying that if he could do better than this athlete he would of fallen into the same pattern. I would be mistaken if I said cannot but he cause can critcize whoever he wants whenever he wants, however he can not logically criticize mcgregor for not winning every event simply because mc gregor has no obligation to win every event as a chef would to cook good steak. McGregor only has an obligation to make money and is not employed to win the match but to participate in it, a chef is employed to cook in the kitchen not to show up at the kitchen. McGregor is employed to appear in the arena to create a spectacle not to win in the arena. TLDR There is no expectation that McGregor who is well past his prime should win and it is unwarranted to complain that he realizes that and slacks off as a result
2019-10-25 21:05
That's not what you wrote, neither did the murican write what you claim he wrote. Don't try to turn the argument on its head just to be on top. People will criticise others because they have expectations. From an athlete you expect to perform to the level they claim to be. If you want to compete against the top guys you need to be the top guy. I don't want to watch someone just because he gets paid to perform in whatever fashion he likes. Often times these expectations are shoved in your face by the media. Why would anyone watch mcgregor if he was fighting some random scrubs? You criticise because of your expectations not because you claim to be better than someone.

Bahaha! +1
2019-10-24 23:49
he dropped significantly since diaz. he was a changed man after the diaz fights. his banter and insults didnt feel authentic anymore. he realized hes not invincible. and he didnt take all the money well. after all he said he did it for the money, so once he got it..

he couldt even beat a 70yo grandpa off stage and noone wants his shitty whiskey anymore so he had no choice other than coming back to scripted fights
2019-10-24 21:16
his whiskey is doing pretty well imo. hes expanding all the time
2019-10-24 21:23
He has always been an average fighter. And now he is washed up. Beating out of form or irrelevant guys all the time. Now ginger is still triggered. Better stick to beating up old people in pubs 🤷🏿‍♂️.
2019-10-24 21:18
Nah man. Being a khabib fan, I can say one thing without a doubt. Connor was not an average fighter. The way he cleaned the Featherweight division and knocked out Aldo was spectacular and let's not forget about Eddie fight.

0/8 bro. He is way above average. Aldo fight, eddie fight. Even he almost lose twice against diaz who literally bigger than him. I love to see him against porier/Holloway again.
2019-10-25 00:40
Maybe he is above average when fighting out of form aldo or 70 yo guy in a pub, but when he is put up against real fighter that ginger fuck ready to “make a deal” midway through 1st round.
2019-10-25 01:01
bro stfu and sit down mcgregor actually was in top in his weight division in his prime, im gonna give him credit for that. im not even a mcgregor fan, but you gotta give where credit is due. yeah its pretty disappointing what money made mcgregor, after that mayweather fight especially
2019-10-25 04:59
Not money, he faced legit opponent. And got his ass beat up. Khabib landed more punches than Conor whole fight that night lmao. Let that sink in. Says a lot.

Masvidal would be the easiest fight out of khabib tony and nate matchup wise
2019-10-25 05:15
If he wants to earn the Khabib rematch, why would he fight masvidal or Diaz at 170? That fight doesn't make sense, although I be hyped for it.
2019-10-24 21:57
it's conor dude, dana jerks off to pictures of him before bed, he could fight jose canseco and get a title shot.
2019-10-25 01:06
Khabib rematch ? This matchup will always have one outcome, time and time again.
2019-10-24 23:43
Diaz just tested positive GG

This guy is pure trash
2019-10-24 21:21
who cares about this retarded idiot
2019-10-24 21:22
He started to sound like his old self yesterday. I hope this guy can forget about money alcohol and blow for maybe 3 years and return to greatness. That would be one of the best comeback stories. I love him, but as long as he is on this mindset of money and alcohol and drugs he will never reach his former self.
2019-10-24 21:24
Which particular greatness you are talking about ? Acting like a clown on pc ? Or beating weakest competition ever ?
2019-10-24 23:45
Going from sleeping Aldo at 145 to beating down Eddie at 155 and 2 good ass fights at 170 against one of the toughest in the game with Diaz, I'd say that's pretty fucking great. Like if you're criticizing step in and do that

bro he is clearly trying to take the piss, the dude is known for his delusional opinions on sports. the dude went from calling paul george a top5 player in the nba to calling mcgregor an average fighter 😂 absolute clown this guy
2019-10-25 05:10
hey brother!!!! his flair checks out, braindead no education
2019-10-25 05:18
Lmao, mcchicken fans at their finest. McChicken is an average fighter. Also, he is the most overrated fighter of all time, some even put him top1-2 when he is clearly not even top10 all time lmao. He was about to face RDA, then he pulled out and Nate Diaz came in and beat his sorry ass in a span of what? Two rounds ? Yeah, great fighter. He beat Alvarez but he never earned that shot. If he beat 5 top lightweight contenders it would be a different thing, but it was just one victory. He was gifted that shot. Literally any other fighter could have been gifted that shot and earned an undeserved and asterisked title. And the funniest part he never defended his titles. Fuck outta with your bullshit. Fucking Khabib landed more punches on him than McChicken did that night. Khabib. And his coach thought he would retire after Alvarez fight lmao. Because even his coach knows he stands 0-5% chance against top LW competition. He reminds me of male version of Rousey who was beating god knows who and then got her bitch ass for her full disrespect mode. And about time this alcoholic follows her way. The only fight he stand a chance is when he fights 70 yo guys in pubs :)

Is he overrated ? yes Is he an average fighter? absolutey not you act like fighting nate in a different weightclass is easy money, which tells me everything i need to know about you. His whole way up to the top was amazing, he predicted the outcomes like nobody else, he didn't just predict the outcome, he picked the rounds. His standup game was almost flawless, he was a fucking sniper in his prime, having one of the most accurate standup games i have seen in ages. Also the most entertaining athlete this planet has seen in last decade, not even the great chael sonnen could've stand a chance against conors mental warfare in his prime. Khabib is and will always be a terrible matchup for him, the only grappler he beat was mendes and he almost lost that fight as well, but when did he ever lose a stand up fight? People know how good conors stand up game is, so they go and try to abuse him on the ground. In the end of the day, he is one of the greats, not a top10 fighter, but top1 in terms of impact and level of attention he brought to the company and the sport. 2 division champ and most influencial mma fighter in the history of the sport.
2019-10-25 12:29
khabib abused him standing up too. connors mental prowess and as such what made him stand out ( besides his reach and speed) is gone.
2019-10-25 22:55
bro you speak of fighting like its most easiest thing in the world. if McGregor's feats are so easy to duplicate talk to Dana and do the same shit. you're just being braindead now, and it shows.
2019-10-25 17:46
Man, you gotta love how hypocrite McChicken fans are. This is prime example of a fangirl who switched subject from his results to “gO rEpLiCaTe ThEn” lmao. Still McChicken only stands chance against 70 yo. But even if he beats one in pub, will he be able to defend his title ? :)
2019-10-25 18:42
????? who is fangirl? I like Conor yes, I also like Diaz, Khabib and Tony. He slept Aldo just how he said he would, knocked Eddie Alvarez into another promotion, and avenged his loss to Diaz. IDK why you are so hellbent on saying Conor is a bad fighter, he's one of the best to do it. Just like Jon Jones, I don't like that guy as a person, but you're stupid to say that he isn't one of the all time greats.
2019-10-25 19:07
Never. Defended. His. Title. Period. Again just for you: “He beat Alvarez but he never earned that shot. If he beat 5 top lightweight contenders it would be a different thing, but it was just one victory. He was gifted that shot. Literally any other fighter could have been gifted that shot and earned an undeserved and asterisked title. ” He is not Jon Jones. JJ is the legend of this sport. He was never chosen and protected by Dana like McChicken was. How tf does someone manage to compare McChicken to Jon Jones. McChicken is not top10 overall. Tf you on about ?

2019-10-25 05:13
aye do you think they'll give him BMF fight with Nate pulling out??? Put on tin foil hats, might be Dana's way of getting Conor back into the octagon at Nate's expense. There's no way Nate's doping, but that would be a fucking money fight if Conor took it.

nah bro no way, that would be taking the fight on 2 weeks notice, i can't see him take that risk with so much on the line, he needs a proper training camp and a really good preperation for his next fight, his next might determine his future. I would love to see it tho that is out of question haha.
2019-10-25 05:37
I agree and credit to him for being a brilliant promoter and businessman and making himself a multi-millionaire though money and fame seems to have got the better of him and his time off from mma to party and snort has made him into a puppet for circus/money fights that mma fans are going to make. His title fight days are over and his UFC fighting days soon as well, the way I see it is that he will give it a go once or maybe twice in the octagon before realizing the reality and give up.

honestly sad to see him going down this way, he was truly a special fighter a few years ago. but deep down i still think he has another shot in him, might not be enough for the title, but he can still win against guys like dustin, geathje or edgar, though tony and khabib will obviously smoke him any day of the week. his next fight will determine whether he can make some noise in the future, i still have hope since i miss his absolute mad mental warfare/media attention.
2019-10-25 22:06
It would be very interesting to see him fight Poirier again or Gaethje, they are the perfect opponents to see how Conor's striking is holding up, if he loses then I just can't see him fight again. Conor vs Edgar would make me wanna throw up, it would be kind of a win-win situation for both of them really, Franke gets his retirement money fight and Conor gets his worthless comeback win, pointless and uninteresting fight and it's never going to happen in my opinion.
