im very sure shroud regrets None of his Career decisions :D hes making 10x skadoodles bank, so why would he care About the fictional glory of a Trophy? only Money is real
2019-11-04 00:14
because thats an achievement. Not everything in life is about money
2019-11-04 00:17
i agree i was wrong thanks for correcting me for now i see my failures more clearly
2019-11-04 00:17
but it also depends on the person, some people are hardcore sellouts for money like moe who dont give a shit about anyone if he makes money on them.
2019-11-04 00:23
true, i'd like to think shroud even though he doesnt have a competitive mindset, is not a sellout and still respects his profession
2019-11-04 00:26
Well his move on mixer was a sellout move, he was earning fuck ton every months sub and donations but he decided to take a massive deal and move to mixer, long term I don't think it's a good move since i haven't visited mixer more than 2 times.

ur so right, shroud should have checked the internet traffic of el1teman on hltv to mixer before he decided to make the switch
2019-11-04 13:57
Why would he, he is there for the money and he has less viewers on mixer than on twitch

he's being ironic tho
2019-11-04 20:21
I don't think shroud care about "Not winning a major " ; He seems like "Oh I'm happy I 'm good on every FPS and I make money " ... He wouldn't retire if he cares about achievements (with his aim he would be in top international team for sure ). (ONLY MY OPINION)

They both make so much money, the difference in income is pretty irrelevant. A major trophy however... DAMN
2019-11-04 01:57
skadoodle doesnt make that much Money These days… i wouldnt call the difference between 1mio a month and 20k a month irrelevant

umm, neither do anything for you when you are dead, but the money definitely does more for you while you are alive. soooo, not really sure what you mean here. And even the legacy of the major win is not guaranteed. can you name every player that ever won a major? probably can't even name half off the top of your head, and certainly won't remember really any of them in 40+ years. so yeah, you really have no valid point here
2019-11-04 17:52
Shroud doesnt care,he is earning way more than anyone at pro scene.
2019-11-04 00:16
maybe, maybe not imagine being a rich athlete but missing out on winning an olympic gold medal, i mean sure you're well off but you can't go back in time to win it, there's still some regret
2019-11-04 00:24
+1 maybe he is loaded, and he is cuz mixer paid him several millions, but the prestige of winning a major? Probably he will never have it ever. Cuz his prime days are done of CS. There is a lot of Shroud fans, but he isnt that special in the pro scene. He just destroys plebs in Apex legends, and CoD now and makes compilation videos for youtube. Other day actually i saw a clip of a Pro Apex Legends player facerolled Shroud the way he wanted.. lol.
2019-11-04 00:30
Winning a major in csgo isn't even close to winning a gold medal at the olympics lmao. Who the fuck is gonna care in 10 years about who won a major in 2018 ? nobody, we will have moved on from csgo and a new game will have taken its place (csgo sequel or otherwise). Do you remember who won the majors in 1.6 ? I don't. He's earning millions right now he couldn't give a shit about a major.
2019-11-04 00:32
not anyone else sure, but the pros would i dont know who won olympic medals and who didnt anyways, could u name olympic medals of some random sport? guess not lol the point is people who spend 10+ years on something expect their career to mean something and win the biggest accomplishment there is

But this way of thinking is what i don’t like tho. Having regrets on the past, if shroud knew beforehand c9 were going to win do you think he would have tried more? This is the same as, ohhh i should have kept all those bitcoins from years ago and i would be filthy rich. These ‘what if’ things is not something shroud cares for at all.
2019-11-04 01:50
skadoodle was rlly good when he was on point, underrated player. Idk why he quit csgo, he should come back
2019-11-04 00:17
i think he just enjoys being a streamer and chilling is all, him and stewie are polar opposites so its hard to imagine c9 going to establish dynasty like astralis for example especially after winning major he's accomplished the biggest title there is in CS so he probably felt it was the right time for him to go streaming

takes 2 seconds to make an account given that u dont know basic information like TSM's 2015 roster, i can only assume 1 of 3 things 1. u dont follow cs closely 2. u followed cs from 2011 to 2013, then skipped 2014-2018, then recently came back 3. ur braindead

''i mean if theres one thing shroud regret it would be not winning a major b4 going fulltime streaming'' he wouldn't win a major, he didn't have any motivation and said that he didn't enjoy practicing. Making tons of money streaming which is what he loves is a lot better than being mediocre and probably not winning anything in CSGO.
2019-11-04 00:32
I think he regrets not leaving earlier to full time streaming lol
2019-11-04 00:47
United States jaeger_steam
yeah, this. he never looked in a position to win a major, its not like he was ever super close or anything. players like guardian and simple for sure will regret it if they never win one, hell even the liquid guys considering their form before this last one, but i don't think shroud ever really thought he was going to.
2019-11-04 17:58
well yea thats because in his mind c9 and NA doesnt have a chance of winning the major then after c9 won you could see he was happy for c9 but kinda sad at the same time so if he was more motivated, would c9 be able to win a major with him on it? who knows. If he won a major then he could call his CS career to a perfect end as it is it's kind of a meme to talk about how c9 couldnt win a major with shroud on and won one immediately after he and n0thing left

ska is just ruining his career. imagine putting all those hours into cs just to end it early and be a dogshit streamer with 1-2k viewers which you only reach, because you used to be a pro player.
