eat less than 2000 calories
Reduce fats and other carbohydrates (fruit is ok)
Start jogging. For the first time you can just go for a walk, when you feel ready start with small distances (300 metres) and increase by 100 m every time
That's it, just dont break your regime

just eat less calories and have a balanced and healthy regime.
Eat less carbs, eat more fat and meat.
Totally stop eating processed sugar(sweets, milk, sodas, juices etc)
Totally stop eating bread
Go for a 1 hour walks minimum every day.
Get at least 8 hrs of sleep
Divide your 3 meals on every 6 hours
And most importantly to speed metabolism is to drink a lot of water (3l daily as a bare minimum)
It's just a food matter and how you eat, then do some sport and you'll lose weight fast.

Honestly the biggest tip I can give you, is for you to change your goals from getting lean to living healthy.
If you're lazy just: calorie deficit, take a power walk every day, maybe do some body weight exercises.
buy a rope and jump over it 50-100 times after every cs game u play = ez healthy
Go with a plant Based diet
eat less, try to workout at home everyday, even 15 minutes of pushups or sit ups or planks will be great if you'll be systematic
