Any food has some impact on the body, that's my criteria. Basically I try to eat as healthy as I can. My diet consist of products which I need (according to: my current knowledge of nutrition, my current life goals, how I feel, and so on) and not which I'd want. I obviously have some food basket, but I'm not addicted/attracted to any certain food (or type of food), don't have any favorites and can change my food habits/patterns completely if needed. So my ration is just set of products which suits my current diet better, that's it.
