What do you think about North?
Since I started watching CS in late 2018, I always compared North to Fnatic. Both had players with lots of skill, but neither team could perform. Neither team could "put it all together" and win anything.
Well as you know, Fnatic recently got back into form, and I believe North can do the same.
I believe North could be a top tier team, even without a roster change. Their players just need to be more motivated. Sure, players can practice 12 hours a day, but if they aren't STARVING for victory, they won't win. This is why there is a "honeymoon period" for teams. When a new player joins, everyone momentarily regains motivation.
With North, I don't think Kjaerbye, Aizy, Jugi, or CajunB are motivated enough to win. Idk about Gade. The coach is good though.
Obviously, North can't kick all their players, but the above players do need to figure something out.
TL;DR - Motivation is the only thing keeping North from being a Top 5 team (Although, the same could be said for most top 20 teams)

I never saw it, but Jugi was supposedly a very strong talent years ago, on the team Heroic.
I don't think he ever lost his skill, just his motivation.
JuGi used to be a super flashy awper for Optix, its sad to see him lose his soul once he joined North, i think they need either motivation or some fresh blood, maybe a peomising rookie(im sure the Danish scene got a lot of young talent) or a player like Es3tag would lift them up(even though Esetag would never leave heroic for north)
never said he was consistent, what i was trying to say is that in Optic and Heroic he was atleast trying to go for big flashy plays, on heroic they worked often, on Optic, they didnt work as much but atleast you could see he was always trying to carry, now on North he doesnt even go for those, he just looks like he lost his passion

Yes, early this year they were doing terribly (like North) and all of a sudden they pop to the top

Aizy was flawless rifler at some point
Jugi was very good as some point
Idk, but I think Cajunb was also decent in the past

I haven't followed the scene that long, but casters always talk about how Aizy was once "a contender for a top 3 rifler" and how Jugi was like a mini zywoo on heroic.
And fnatic was uncontested number 1 before they disbaned themselves. Most of the pro team made videos been 100% sure flusha cheated on lans, google it, fun to watch.

CajunB was kicked from Astralis since he had 2 frags every game, smart player but 0 individual skill since ever.
Caster sayin Vintage "nonamers" all the time cause they had some highlights with shitty teams, everyone has good games, godlike player have some bad games. Understand the difference?

North is the first team I ever watched play. They played against Tyloo (Faceit major 2018) and I never root for Asians, so I became North fan. xaxaxa
