Ok that's harder than multiple choice. Here's three tips
1) If you haven't done so I would start by writing down the definitions on paper.
2) Think of the definitions in terms of the sequence of the biological processes. For example if you had to remember what an antibody does you would first remember an antibody is involved in the immune system and it is activated by antigens

3) Make mental tricks for the words
