Workout Goals

What should my workout goals be? My original plan was to perfect the main calisthenics skills, like front lever, back lever, human flag, planche, one arm handstand, and muscle up. After I got those, I would slow down with the workouts, and mostly just do small workouts to maintain calisthenics strength, and also do the basic weight exercises like bench/dead lift/squat/shoulder press in order to maintain raw strength. But there is so much more that I could aim for. There is crazy gymnastics stuff like the iron cross, moves like the back flip, a whole bunch of cool looking parkour crap, plus the very advanced calisthenics like one arm planche, or etc...And all of that looks very interesting, but I don't think it's worth spending years mastering that stuff. It's hard to decide what to do, because I know that if I wanted to achieve the above, I could. But it would take lots of time and effort, and that time would be better spent on career/family.

ok if u think calisthenics are lame , then ur the type of guy that sits in the chair lifting weights inside the gym the whole year . weightlifting is the most boring shit to do .Atleast in calisthenics there are plenty of moves to practice that are actually fun
