I'm Colombian but I'm whiter then hell with blue eyes and I've travel all of SA on my bike and never ran into issues DUE TO race, so I wouldn't worry about that. Although if you're fin you probably arent well versed in a dangerous area and the awareness , procedures , and respect that falls apart of these city's, therefore I wouldn't leave touristy or wealthy areas if I we're you until you meet some people who can teach you the ways of the real world.
I googled that florianopolis is safest, is it really?
I recommend moving to portugal
I'm going to Kazakhstan next summer)) for study abroad
Come here, Bolsonaro will make Brazil the best country in the world soon
Don't go to São Paulo or Rio, or any of these big states, they're completely trash, go some of the south states, great places to live
You can try but I think if your only going to learn the language and revisit the culture i don't think you should. You can do that another time. Maybe go abroad somewhere else?
