Why Gym Sucks

1- The amount of body parts you have to work out - biceps, triceps, forearms, chest, shoulders, abs, legs, neck. The list is endless! How is someone meant to work on all of these without devoting most of their free time towards gym. 2- Structure - How are you meant to know what exercise to do for each body part, when there's 100+ exercises for each of them? Not only that but how are you meant to know what day is leg day, what day is shoulders etc. 3- Diet - The amount of arguing i've seen over dieting is quite astounding. Some say "don't use protein powders bro, its just carbs + sugar". Others live and swear by their pre workout. And then there's the people who religiously measure out each meal... It's a mess I prefer doing sports.

Focus on compound movements more effective for muscle building and fat loss. I like higher intensity lower volume and higher frequency. Diet eat only good quality proteins, fats, and complex carbs. Want to gain weight eat 500 calories more then maintenance . Want to lose weight eat 500 calories less then maintenance. Really not that complicated. No need to make it complicated.

Dude, most ppl that look good in the gym are roiding. Not all, of course; some just have great genetics. But juice =/= big and huge. 5-10 years of juicing with experiences with tren, and insulin + gh = big and huge look u refer to. But for most ppl getting even good looking requires steroids, i swear to you I would even say that is standard practice in hollywood to do a cycle when the actor has to look buff for a flick even if hes not supposed to look big

You only need 5 exercises. The rest are bonus exercises. Bench Press, Dead lifts, Pull Ups, Squats, Shoulder Press And just make an effort to eat more food.
