Want to gain weight eat 500 calories more then maintenance . Want to lose weight eat 500 calories less then maintenance.

You only need 5 exercises. The rest are bonus exercises.
Bench Press, Dead lifts, Pull Ups, Squats, Shoulder Press
And just make an effort to eat more food.
The worst part is definitely the part you have to do this all inside a room, like I can't to exercise without fresh air to breath...
Bodybuild is a sport like any other, if you dont enjoy it try something else.
if u dont like it dosent meant it sucks, i was just once in the gym for 1 month and it was okay not big fan of it tho. Still i dont dislike it
