90kg is around healthy weight looking at ur height.
Yiu hit your head on doors ?
just convert it into muscle, dont think that you need to loose a lot of weight, maybe a high amount of bodyfat is the problem
If you want to be really slim, like visibly, you need to make it to 85. But 90, 95 is ok too.
hard to say, at 197 i guess 75-135kg is normal weight.
i always think like, ur height -100 convert to kilo, so 97 is like optimal, but 103 is very good, its not really about weight if its muscle, and fat doesnt matter that much if u still have muscle uunder it and good condition
80-90, depends on ur bones and muscle etc
Dude I have 205cm and 70kg...
97kg imo but you should go to gym, or atleast do exercises theres a difference between healthy 97kg and unhealty 97kg
If you're actually working out and most of your weight is good shape then you dont have to worry much about it but you cant afford to gain much fat at 103.
Im 178cm tall and 72kg and my goal is to pray to the universe i can grow 2cm more and one day be 105KG like Batman, im dead serious, i believe i can do it.
If you're 103 but like...fat, yeah you gotta cut flours, suggars and be careful with the meat you eat, eat good meat and eat a bunch of greens.
Every BMI reference in existence will tell you that a healthy range for your height (197cm) is 72 - 97 kg.
85kg is your sweet spot dude but if you're aiming to be a muscle man then it's no problem to go to the upper end of that range, even into the "overweight" range just beyond 100kg.
But most importantly how long is it?
Go down to 95kg slowly while lifting weights.
