Generally, European countries get nicer the more Northwest you go
Anything that isn’t Netherlands worst
best: germany + north of germany + west of germany + south of germany
worst: everything east of germany
just visit Italy it will be enough, this country has it all
Best and worst in what aspect?
Southern Europe + Balkans - history and good people
Northern Europe - money
Go to Montenegro.Nice beaches, amazing nature, delicious food and its really cheap off season.
austria, france, italy, spain, portugal and most balkan countries would be my priority if i had to pick a few to visit
the shit "muslims are everywhere" is stupid. dont listen to that shit
if you want scenery and shit go to croatia, switzerland, ummmmm italy idk
if you want culture and architecture shit go to ummmmm italy and ummmmm france and spain and germany
if you want drugs and partying go to serbia or any fucked up country
Different lifestyle and mentality for majority compared to usa. More slow and relaxed.
Old towns for cozy lifestyle and old architecture.
For nature, north scandinavia, Balkan, islands. Pretty much a lot of places tbh
For nightlife depends what you prefer. I prefer east europe or cities with a lot of tourists
Dont worry about safety, its safe as fk. The bombing part is bs too, few terrorist attacks happened few years ago and suddenly ppl think this place is a terrorist hub warzone
Come in the south of france in summer men
for tourists, the mediterranean countries
Northern Italy has amazing scenery, probably one of my favorite places I have visited in Europe. Siena is probably one of my top 5 european cities. Great food, architecture, and countryside. Unlike southern Italy, everyone is very friendly and there are definently less tourists than other mainland European nations.
Switzerland was great too. We went to ski in the alps, great trip, wonderful mountanous scenery, it was part of the Italy trip I did so we didnt stay more than 2 days to ski.
Europe is essentially a museum, some parts more than others. Have Fun!
the northern countries are good while the other are bad because they are not northern
Depends on what you want, many poorer countries in eu with beautiful nature and cities, but if you want to go to rich safe countries stick to northwest
I can fly around Europe for usually 20-50€
Europeans are real nice to Americans except for UK
Lots of nice places in Europe only Europe actually a city like Moscow, so there is also places which are more problematic.
My general tip is to take your time, don't plan on seeing the whole of Europe in a week or two as you will be spend more time traveling than actually seeing places. Doing so is like seeing the US in two weeks, it is just not the way to do it.
The time of year does make for considering where to go. In the midst of Summer there are part of middle and southern Europe which is to hot and there I would look more to the North of Europe, this will also mean getting to enjoy the long summer days and really short summer nights - travel enough to the north and the Sun hardly sets at all. The reverse is sort of the case in January-February.
Greece, great museums, great ancient monuments such as acropolis, great traditional food. Also most of the restaurants are not expensive except if you go at bars in some islands
idk come to poland almost everyone who comes here to visit some places say that its so beautiful
and u dont have to worry about being bombed
Just say that you're Canadian and try to stay as far away as possible from main tourist attractions.
Many different places here. Depends what you expect you can choose between many destinations.
Mid/eastern Europe is the most beautiful place on Earth, but its full of trash
Croatia is pretty good. Great nature, cheap, placed pretty close to middle so you can travel fast to another country.
pros: most interesting cultures and best nature on earth
cons: eastern europe is economically fucked and western europe is socially fucked (mass migration, especially sweden)
a good one would be finland for example- very rich and not that much kebab
I can only speak for Britain, it's boring, way too much health and safety regulation so we have no like large theme parks or anything like that but we do have a lot of lovely country side but no like amazing unique areas, as always I'd say avoid any cities as most cities in Britain are gross whether it's the buildings or the people.
Depends on actual places. I believe every country has it's small "Mordor"
Most countries are quite poor or not first world, but the people are really really nice and the scenery is beautiful
I'm proud to be European
Do some research if you want to come, you won't regret it ;)
Central Europe is definitely worth checking out
