Interesting. I genuinely didn't think that was the case at all, but I'm not going to pretend that I know better than somebody who lives there. Pretty sad to hear that honestly, as I have always liked Germany as a country.
I studied at university in the UK for a year and while there are definitely some ugly (i.e. will never look good no matter what) girls on the streets, I'd say a very high percentage of the girls that don't look good would be considered attractive if they simply put in the effort in grooming themselves that girls in other countries do. And for me, the most beautiful women genetically in the world are Nordic women, but it is very rare to find one who takes as much pride in taking care of herself as an Eastern European woman typically would. Feminism might not be as bad here as in Germany, but it's still taken root. :/
