bench 100 is hard from 65 in 4 months. You could probably do 85 at least. squat and deadlift are possible if u do low reps with program, eat a highprotein diet and rest enough. Also creatine helps

Hmm yeah I think so too but I can feel bench getting stronger. Squat and Bench will be the hardest for me right now

just go up 5 pounds (around 2.2kg) per week in deadlift, should be fine should be easy to get squats to 110kg, that isn't that heavy; having 110kg in deadlift already should help with that bench might be hard to get up that high that fast, but you should be able to get close I think overhead press should also be fairly easy to get to 60kg this is all assuming you aren't trying to keep at a certain weight, ofc

that's a decent weight for your height then, but don't be afraid to go up to like 82 or so kg if you feel you need to, it is easier to get strong and then cut weight (fat) rather then try to manage both at the same time it's winter, no one will care if you are fat

Actually its good for your health like other sports, but gyms are made so people that have limited time have a way to workout when they have a free hour or so. So i wouldnt agree with you

If you take it seriously, make a good progressive-overload based plan, and eat enough food, absolutely. Just don't try to rush anything, as you'll probably get injured.

I'd say 6 months is enough if you do everything right, especially if you're a beginner.

I've been on and off for the past 2 years, never been consistent for longer than 2-3 months! My max deadlift was 130kg! Only 110kg now probably!

Squat should be pretty easy, dunno about bench and dl. Depends on the genetics... and ofc. dedication and work u put in. But dont rush anything and remeber always lift with good technique!

squat and deadlift would be no problem. take it slow, work on your glutes and ass (yeah i know thats gay, but it the most powerful muscle for these lifts) look for some power cycle/type of training rest and eat well
