Last of Us LMFAOOOOO Game literally has nothing to offer except the interaction and bond between the two main characters. Literally everything else is either average or bad. That's how you can spot the casuals, they always love these types of zero depth console titles that you play for 8 hours and never touch again.
2019-12-14 21:48
triggered af btw last of us history 1000 times more enjoyable than those boring indie shitholes

Little console gaymer and his 8-hour throaway console garbage, phaha. Didn't even refute anything I said. TLoU is quite possibly the most overrated game of all time. Joel and Ellie are a 10/10, *everything* else is 5 or below. Overall a poor game in my eyes.
2019-12-14 21:50
who cares about your opinion lol, the game is considered one of the best so idgaf about what u think

Considered one of the best by normies and casuals that don't like playing games. The same people who play autopilot 10-hour games that tell some generic story and are never touched again (a.k.a you). Those are not players who like games and not drama movies posing as games. Fortnite got GOTY 2018, popular opinion doesn't mean shit. Just keep playing your dumb little console trash at 30 fps with a monthly fee.

Yes, but why the fuck would they now release a base version and then a pro version. U know how much later ps4 pro was released compared to the original ps4
2019-12-14 21:44
because there are retarded people who are willing to pay 200 more to play at 4k lol
2019-12-14 21:45
it's not even good 4k..... i bought the ps4 pro for RDR2, i have a 4k @ 144hz monitor, and the game is soooooooo choppy and slow when you enable 4k. maybe i'm spoiled from playing games at 144hz for such a long time, but the fps on those consoles is laughable and the games are hard to play. they just don't have the power lol not to mention it's not even native 4k.... 1080p up-scaling doesn't look anything like native 4k

2019-12-14 21:44
who cars.... now that microsoft is integrating games into the PC platform, i have absolutely no reason to buy another console
2019-12-14 21:44
I will likely get another Playstation eventually. It is all about the games and if there is enough great exclusive titles I will go for it, it is not like they are that expensive anyway.
2019-12-14 21:47
at this point the only PS exclusive that i actually like is The Last of Us. i never really got into the God of War games and RDR2 is on PC now. I liked Crash Bandicoot as a kid, but that's also now on PC our neighborhood was an Xbox neighborhood and i still am totally blown away that Microsoft released the Master Chief Collection on Steam.... there's literally no reason why i would buy a console now haha

Halo - I had also been looking forward to that as I have not played every Halo game. Most of them though and I also played the first one on both XBOX and PC, completely the same game except a lot easier on PC due to mouse+keyboard being a far superior way to control a FPS game. However from what I've read on the new PC port, then what has been so far is not without issues. I am hoping they get it fixed, but if not I might pass since I have played most of them already. On PS you should check out the Uncharted series, they are really good fun - like being Indiana Jones/Prince of Persia. Also the Little Big Planet titles are great and there is of course also Gran Turismo. Also Shadow of the Colossus and the other one in the series which I can't remember the title of for some reason.

from my experience so far, there are some minor issues with fps smoothing. it's a 30fps game ported to PC, which will always have problems, but when you have the fps limit unlocked, the mouse movements and graphical visuals look somewhat stuttered a bit. it's not a fully smooth experience like most PC games, but i believe they're working on fixing it. other than that, it looks and feels fine i played one of the uncharted games on my PSP back in the day. i thought it was a pretty fun game, but i usually don't like 3rd person games. i've heard excellent things about it though man... my brother and I grew up on Grand Turismo 2 on the original playstation. we were pretty disappointed with GT3 and it sorta just fell off from there
2019-12-15 23:37
A sort of reverse experience regarding GT for me. I knew GT was a legendary thing, but somehow never got near a PS machine until I bought the PS3 at the launch of the GT5 Prologue. Until racing for me was mostly sim titles, the early NFS games on PC and PGR on XBOX and 360. But I took revenge and played GT5 so much, so much that I collected like 95% of the cars and it just gave me so much - also racing on-line with friends and guys from the car club. GT6 was both progress and also came with some features missing, but I will be onboard for the next one at some point. As for Uncharted. I am also not a big 3rd person fan, but Uncharted and Max Payne also have so good stories that I had to play them. The later btw. can be had for almost free on PC and especially the first two games I can only recommend.

for me, Forza games took precedence over GT once Forza 3 came out on the original Xbox. I have Forza Horizon 3 and 4, as well as Forza 7, on my PC and i still play them from time to time. imo they're the best racing games out right now and the car selections are amazing. I love the fact that they have the old classic cars, and you can drive a Ferrari 250LM, 250 GTO, P4 330, or a Ford GT40 MkII around the Le Mans track. those classic car noises.. wooooo! I have a PS4 pro, so i might just buy some of the Uncharted games and give them a chance

Also on Halo. Thanks for the info - that is in line with what I've heard elsewhere. Also supposedly there is some issue with cut scenes, again I think it is down to a framerate issue. It does seem to me that either the release has been rushed or they where a bit lazy in testing waiting for the world to test for them, When I played the first Halo game on PC I do not recall any issues at all, but since it was a game that was created on Mac, only for Microsoft to buy it before release and make it an XBOX game and the original XBOX was very much a PC then I suppose it is no surprise it ran fine. The only issue I recall is that the game was to easy on PC, partly because I had completed it on XBOX first but really more because mouse+keyboard is just faster and more precise to play with = head shots is just so much easier.
2019-12-16 16:47
i played through the Reach campaign already and didn't notice any issues with the cut scenes. they're locked down to 60fps even if you have the fps limiter unlocked, but they still looked fine to me i'm not too sure why, but i've heard a mixed bag of things. the most common answer is that they're still using the older game engine (not sure if that's right or not) and it takes a significant amount of time and effort to rebuild it and make it work for modern systems. to be clear, the game still plays very well and i don't have any complaints except for the fps smoothing at higher frame rates. it's also pretty sweet to play CSGO with the halo music track haha. i grew up with Halo and the soundtrack for the original game will always be at the top of the list for favorite game music. unfortunately i didn't get a chance to play Halo on PC. after playing against console players on the new Modern Warfare, and also playing some halo on Xbox recently, i think it's important to recognize that console players will always have the auto-aim feature for their controllers. it doesn't replace the mouse and keyboard mechanic, but they at least have something to help make it even for cross-platform play. there is a huge difference between the two, but console players who've been playing console fps games for a long ass time will still definitely be able to compete with average/casual PC players
2019-12-16 17:11
Hard to say. I think Microsoft will want to try and take some market shares so maybe they will go low on price this time
2019-12-14 21:45
4k 60 fps xD if its real probably 1000€ but isnt so yes 500/600

Try 360 minimum, but hey, whatever makes your 30fps brain sleep at night.

if the xbox series-x is as good as advertised and aiming for the 60-120fps range instead of their normal shitty 30fps then it might cost the same as a mid range pc. If they end up selling it for less than $500 then I really want to know how they got all that power in that machine and turned a profit like that. I'm not a console player and I'll probably never buy a console again but I am very interested to see how the next gen consoles push the boundaries. The PS5 seems to have pretty similar specs and most websites say it'll probably be $500 with an even more expensive pro option but we won't know until it's official.

Well they usually only squeeze a small or no profit on the console anyways their main source of income now is digital game sales and subscription fees like gamepass and gold.
2019-12-14 22:10
i wont pay more than 300 for a console, they should be getting cheaper
